Die Erfindung betrifft eine Signalleuchte für Fahrzeuge, insbesondere Kraftfahrzeuge der im Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 genannten Art.The invention relates to a signal light for vehicles, in particular motor vehicles of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1.
Bei bekannten Signalleuchten, wie z.B. Zur Erzielung der im Regelfall durch gesetzliche Vorschriften festgelegten Abstrahlcharakteristiken ist es dabei bekannt, Reflektoren und lichtdurchlässige Optikelemente zu verwenden, die das Licht streuen und/oder leiten und entweder zwischen dem Leuchtmittel und der Lichtaustrittsscheibe angeordnet oder an bzw. in der Lichtaustrittsscheibe selbst ausgebildet sind. In all diesen Fällen ist es erforderlich, daß die Signalleuchte eine gewisse Mindesttiefe aufweist, um die gewünschten Lichtverteilungen erzielen zu können.
