Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Holzfenster mit einer Gesamtdicke von 105–108 mm. Der Vorteil der zwei gekoppelten Rahmen sind folgende:
- • Die Rahmen sind thermisch voneinander getrennt, wodurch unser Holzfenster IV 107 beste Wärmewerte erreicht.
- • Der Innen- und der Außenrahmen können aus unterschiedlichen Holzarten gefertigt werden.
- Somit kann das Fenster beispielweise außen in Accoya und innen in Kiefer gefertigt werden. Accoya ist ein Holz der
Resistenzklasse 1 ! Die Fenster können auch in einer Kombination gebaut werden, dass ein dauerhaftes Holz mit einer hohen Dichte (=schlechter Uf-Wert) mit einer Holzart mit einer geringen Dichte (=guter Uf-Wert) kombiniert werden. - • Durch diese Konstruktion ist es möglich, äußerst hochwertige Hölzer sehr sparsam und hoch effizient einzusetzen. Gleichzeitig kann das Fenstergewicht durch den Einsatz einer leichten Holzart auf der Innenseite minimiert werden.
- • 2-farbige Fenster können ohne Abklebeaufwand kostengünstig produziert werden.
- • Es gibt Laminate auf dem Markt, wo zwei Fichte- und eine Accoya-Lamelle zusammengeklebt sind. Bei diesen Laminaten gibt es große Probleme mit dem Verziehen der Hölzer in der Praxis. Im empfindlichsten Teil des Fensters kann das Wasser, bei undichten Regenschienen, trotz Accoya Außenlamelle, in das Fichtenholz, eindringen. Dies kann bei meinem Holzfenster IV 107 nicht passieren!
- • Accoya lässt Beschläge durch die enthaltene Essigsäure rosten. Viele Beschlaghersteller geben daher ausschließlich Edelstahlbeschläge für Accoya frei, was durch enorme Mehrkosten den Einsatz von Accoya fast unmöglich macht. Bei unserem Holzfenster IV 107 kann Accoya sparsam ohne Mehraufwendungen eingesetzt werden.
- • Bei unserem Holzfenster IV 107 brauchen keine Glasleisten hergestellt werden, da die Scheibe durch das Entkoppeln der beiden Rahmen getauscht werden kann. Das bringt einen ästhetischen Vorteil.

- • Accoya rusting hardware through the contained acetic acid. Many hardware manufacturers therefore only release stainless steel fittings for Accoya, which makes the use of Accoya almost impossible due to enormous additional costs.
