Bild Nr. 3). Hierdurch wird neben den PUR-Randschichten außen und innen auch der zwischen den Schalen liegende Schaumstoffbereich zur Wärmedämmung einbezogen und ein wesentlich günstiger Teniperaturverlauf über dem Querschnitt" erreicht (s. Bild Nr. 4). Ein Fensterprofil bestehend aus Flügel- und Rahmenprofil mit diesem. Aufbau ergibt nun einen K-Wert von ca. 12 W/qmK. Die richtige " Position der Schalen wird gewährleistet durch die Verwendung von Abstandshaltern, welche die beiden Schalen punktweise über eine Schnappverbindung an den Stegen verbinden. Fenster/Tür-Profil aus Polyurethan (PUR) mit innen liegender Metallverstärkung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß - das tragende Kernprofil aus stranggepreßtem Aluminium aus mindestens zwei räumlich getrennten Stegen besteht - die Stege zur Erlangung einer guten Wärmedämmung und einer hohen Profilstabilität einen möglichst großen Abstand zueinander haben, - die Kernprofile aus stranggepreßtem Aluminium mit äußeren Zacken oder winkelförmigen Hinterschneidungen bestehen - die Stege als Hohlprofile aus Aluminium zur Aufnahme von Eckwinkeln an den Gehrungen geeignet sind, - die Stege als profiliertes Flachmaterial (ohne Kammern) mit Zacken oder winkelförmigen Hinterschneidungen und mit Schraubkanälen für die Gehrungsverbindung ausgebildet sind, - die Kernprofile aus Glasfasergewebe bestehen.
