Die Erfindung betrifft eine Raumzelle in Holzbauweise.The invention relates to a room cell in wooden construction.
Aus der DE 29706363 U1 ist bekannt, Fertighäuser aus vorgefertigten Elementen zu montieren, die aus verleimten massiven Brettschichtholz bestehen. Diese Elemente weisen eine sehr hohe Stabilität auf, so dass daraus tragende Wände für ein Fertighaus errichtet werden können. Aufgrund ihrer guten statischen Eigenschaften können die Elemente auch als Deckenelemente ausgebildet sein. Die DE 29911633 U1 benennt eine Raumzelle unter Verwendung bekannter Baumaterialien wie Holz, die aus einzelnen generell zusammen passbaren Modulen gleicher Bemaßung, wie Boden- und Wandmodule, sowie passgenauer Zubehörteile, wie dreieckige Giebel, Traufleisten, Firstholz sowie Dachplatten, Raumzellen jeder Art und Größe gestaltbar und kombinierbar sind, indem die jeweilige Bodenplatte sich aus identisch quadratisch ausgebildete Modulen zusammensetzt, deren Breite jeweils einer eines Wandmodules entspricht und die an den Seiten mit Anschlussprofilen versehen sind, die einerseits eine befestigungslose Verbindung der Bodenmodule untereinander sowie außerdem das Draufstellen der Wandmodule ermöglichen, deren Rahmen an den Seiten gleichfalls Anschlussprofile zur befestigungsmittellosen Verbindung untereinander und mit den Bodenmodulen aufweisen. Die DE 19729637 A1 zeigt ein Modul für eine Raumzelle, insbesondere in Holzkonstruktionen, mit Wandelementen, einem Boden- und einem Deckenelement und mit einem Rahmen für den Anschluss einer Hubvorrichtung für Transport und Montage des Modules. Figur 1 zeigt eine Raumzelle 1 in Holzbauweise, wobei Wände 2, Decke 3 und Fussboden 4 der Raumzelle 1 aus je einer Kreuzlagenholzplatte bestehen. In den Wänden 2 sind notwendige Öffnungen für eine Tür 5, für Fenster 6 und für Installationen 7 hergestellt. Wie aus Figur 2 und Figur 3 zu erkennen, sind auf der Kreuzlagenholzplatte des Fussbodens 4 die Kreuzlagenplatten der vier Wände 2 aufgesetzt. Die Wände 2 sind untereinander und mit der Kreuzlagenholzplatte des Fussbodens 4 durch Holzverbinder 8 aus Stahl verbunden. Wie aus Figur 1 erkennbar, ist die Kreuzlagenholzplatte der Decke 3 auf die Wände 2 aufgesetzt und ebenfalls durch Holzverbinder 8 aus Stahl mit den Wänden 2 verbunden. In Figur 4 ist eine installierte Raumzelle 1 in einer Draufsicht ohne Decke 3 dargestellt. Die Raumzelle 1 wird beispielsweise zum Unterbringen einer Kombination, bestehend aus Bad-WC-Bereich 12 und Küchenbereich 9, verwendet, wobei eine Trennwand 10 den Küchenbereich 9 vom Bad-WC-Bereich 12 trennt. Die erforderlichen Leitungs- und Sanitärinstallationen sind als Vorwandinstallation 11 ausgeführt.
