Die Neuerung betrifft einen Standschirm, bestehend aus einem Mast mit einem an dessen oberen Ende angeordneten Ausleger, an dessen freien Ende ein Schirmdachhalter und an diesem mit seinem Zentrum ein mit Streben versehenes Schirmdach befestigt ist.The innovation concerns a standing umbrella consisting of a mast with a boom arranged at its upper end, at the free end of which a canopy holder is attached and to this at its center a canopy provided with struts.
Derartige Standschirme, deren Mast selbstverständlich mit einem Standsockel versehen ist bzw. in einen solchen Sockel eingesteckt werden kann, sind hinlänglich bekannt, wozu bspw. auf das DE-GM 299 06 116 verwiesen sei. Die Schirmdächer selbst sind dabei in herkömmlicher Weise wie jeder andere Schirm auch zusammenfaltbar ausgebildet, was eine entsprechend aufwendige FaIt- und Spannmechik des eigentlichen Schirmgestelles bzw. der Schirmstreben verlangt. Außerdem sind derartige Standschirme mit ihrem entsprechend großen Schirmdach hinsichtlich ihrer Handhabung beim Aufspannen und Zusammenfalten insofern nachteilig, als insbesondere beim Zusammenfalten der Kopf und damit die Frisur des Betätigers, wenn* dieser nicht zurückgebogen wird, in der Regel nicht unbeeinträchtigt bleibt, was letztlich aber auch beim Aufspannen eintritt.Such standing umbrellas, the mast of which is of course provided with a base or can be inserted into such a base, are well known, for example see DE-GM 299 06 116. Andere axiale Sicherungen für die Ringösen 8 am Halter 3 sind aber auch möglich.
