Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tastatur zum Auslösen von elektrischen Schaltfunktionen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a keyboard for triggering electrical switching functions according to the preamble of claim 1.
Die sogenannten Folientastaturen vereinen in sich eine elektrische Schaltfunktion sowie große Möglichkeiten hinsichtlich des Designs. Diese Folientastaturen weisen ein Schaltfeld mit Schaltern auf, welche mittels Fingerdruck betätigbar sind. Abgedeckt ist das Schaltfeld mittels einer relativ dicken Kunststoffolie. Das Design bzw. der Dekordruck wird dabei in der Regel auf der Unterseite der sogenannten Frontfolie aufgebracht. Dies erfolgt bislang mit aufwendigen, klassischen Druckverfahren wie Siebdruck oder Offsetdruck, da nur diese Druckverfahren die hohen Qualitätsanforderungen an das Design bislang erfüllen können. Der Nachteil dieser klassischen Druckverfahren wie Siebdruck oder Offsetdruck besteht darin, daß sie sehr aufwendig und damit teuer sind.The so-called membrane keyboards combine an electrical switching function with great design options. Die Grundidee der erfindungsgemäßen Folientastatur besteht darin, den teueren Sieb- oder Offsetdruck der Folie durch einen einfachen und damit preiswerten Papierdruck mittels digitalen Druckverfahren zu ersetzen. Statt Papier kann auch ein vergleichbarer, papierähnlicher Druckträger verwendet werden, welcher beispielsweise und insbesondere Kunststoff, beispielsweise eine Kunststoffbeschichtung enthalten kann, um auf diese Weise mittels "Spezialpapier" eine hohe Druckqualität mit digitalen Druckverfahren zu erzielen. Die Konsistenz, insbesondere die Dicke des papierähnlichen Druckträgers sollte vergleichbar der Konsistenz des Papiers sein, so daß die gleichen Drucktechniken verwendet werden können. Die Idee besteht somit darin, ein Papier oder einen ähnlichen Standardträger zu bedrucken, so daß dann der daraus gebildete Verbund aus Frontfolie und Papier die herkömmliche Frontfolie ersetzt, welche bisher rückseitig mit dem Dekordruck versehen ist. Dieser Verbund kann wie eine herkömmliche Frontfolie weiterverarbeitet werden, beispielsweise kann er geprägt, auf die Schaltpakete laminiert etc. werden.The basic idea of the membrane keyboard according to the invention is to replace the expensive screen or offset printing of the film with a simple and therefore inexpensive paper print using a digital printing process. Dadurch ist eine preiswerte und gleichzeitig qualitativ hochstehende Möglichkeit geschaffen, um die Frontfolien von Folientastaturen mit einem entsprechenden Design zu versehen.
