Abstract

Einige Ausführungen von derartigen Handgeräten sind mit diversen Formdüsen und Trocknungsaufsätzen verbindbar. Bei professionellen Geräten finden Formdüsen Verwendung, die den ursprünglichen Austrittsquerschnitt des Geräts erheblich reduzieren. Diese Querschnittverengung führt zu einer starken Erhöhung der Luftaustrittsgeschwindigkeit, wodurch analog einer Injektordüse ein nicht unerheblicher Kaltluftanteil in den Düsenrandbereich des Düsenaustritts zugemischt wird. Durch den im Gerät angeordneten Temperatursensor kann dieser Effekt nicht festgestellt werden. Zwangsläufig sinkt damit die Düsenaustrittslufttemperatur bzw. der effektive Warmluftstrom. Dieser Effekt wird primär beeinflußt von der Luftaustrittsgeschwindigkeit als Funktion der Querschnittveränderung durch die Geometrie der Formdüse und als Funktion der vorgewählten Luftleistung (Gebläseleistung). 1 zeigt ein Handgerät 1 mit einer elektrischen Heizung 2 und einem Gebläse 3 (nicht dargestellt) zum Trocknen von (Menschenkopf-)Haar mittels Warmluft 4 aus einer Luftaustrittsöffnung 5 mit einer vorgegebenen Warmlufttemperatur (Sollwert). An die Luftaustrittsöffnung 5 des Geräts 1 ist ein Formdüsen- oder Trocknungsaufsatz 6, 6.1 angesetzt. In Abhängigkeit vom angesetzten Aufsatz 6, 6.1 wird die Warmlufttemperatur von einer Einrichtung 7 beeinflusst, wobei die Einrichtung 7 darin besteht, dass ein Vorsprung 10 an der angesetzten Formdüse 6, 6.1 einen Schalter 13 über eine Schaltstange 12 des Handgeräts 1 betätigt zur Steuerung der Warmlufttemperatur (Sollwert S1), wobei der betätigte Schalter 13 die Warmlufttemperatur (Sollwert S1) in Abhängigkeit vom angesetzten Aufsatz 6, 6.1 um einen vorgegebenen Wert (Sollwert S2, S3) anhebt. Dadurch ergibt sich eine Kompensation der Temperaturminderung des effektiven Warmluftstroms 17, der sich aus der Warmluft 4 aus der Düsenöffnung 18 und der Kaltluft 19 aus dem Düsenrandbereich zusammensetzt. Der Aufsatz 6 ist dabei so ausgebildet, daß der Warmluftvolumenstrom nicht oder nur unwesentlich reduziert wird (spezielle Düsenform, zum Beispiel nach dem Venturi-Prinzip). Die Einrichtung 7 ist derart ausgebildet, daß der Aufsatz 6 als Mittel mit einer Kodiereinrichtung 8 und das Gerät 1 mit einer Dekodiereinrichtung 9 versehen ist zur Detektion einer durch die Kodierung am Aufsatz 6 vorgegebenen Warmlufttemperatur (Solltemperatur). Als Kodiereinrichtung 8 weist der Aufsatz 6 durch eine entsprechende Formbildung einen Vorsprung 10 auf, der mit einem verschiebbaren, federbelasteten Anschlag 11 einer Schaltstange 12 korrespondiert, die mit einem Schalter 13 verbunden ist. Je nach Stellung des Anschlags 11 erhält der Schalter (Stufenschalter) 13 eine bestimmte Schaltstufe zum Anheben der vorgegebenen Warmlufttemperatur.
