Abstract

Bringt der Kunde "x" seinen Einkaufswagen (1) nach erfolgtem Einkauf in die Einkaufswagen-Park­ station (Fig. I/II) zurück und bestätigt diesen Vorgang durch Identifikation mit der Ausweis­ karte (Fig. III) im Verbund mit dem Einkaufswagen (1) (Fig. IV), wird der Vorgang im Zentralrechner registriert und gelöscht. Im Unterlassungsfall (Einkaufswagen (1) wird im Außenbereich stehengelassen) bleibt dieser Vorgang registriert und die Warenabrechnung des spezifischen Kunden "x" wird beim "nächsten Einkauf" automatisch mit einer "Einkaufs­ wagen-Rückholgebühr" beliebiger Höhe - beispielsweise DM 2,-/DM 5,- automatisch beaufschlagt. Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung zur Rückführung von Einkaufswagen (1) in die hierfür vorgesehenen Park­ stationen (2) (Fig. I/II), gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß
  • - der Ein- bzw. Ausgang einer Einkaufswagen-Parkstation (2) (Fig. I/II) mit einer konventionellen elektromagnetisch bestätigten Sperrvorrichtung (3), beispielsweise "Drehkreuzsperre" ausgestattet ist, welche vorzugsweise in Einkaufswagenentnahmerichtung sperrt,
  • - diese Sperrvorrichtung (3) in Wirkverbindung mit einem elektronischen Scanner (4) im Ein-Ausgangsbereich der Einkaufswagen-Parkstation (2) (Fig. I/II), steht,
  • - der in das elektronische Registrierungs- und Abrechnungsverbundnetz einge­ bundene Scanner (4) einerseits Aufhebung der elektromagnetisch verriegeiten Sperrvorrichtung (3) bewirkt (Einkaufswagen-Entnahme zuläßt), andererseits Identifizierung und Registrierung des Benutzers herstellt, wenn eine kunden­ spezifische, elektronisch lesbare Ausweiskarte (5) (7) (Fig. III), vorzugsweise im Verbund mit einem Einkaufswagen (1), an dem eine Haltevorrichtung (6) versehen mit Strichcode (8) fest angebracht ist, in den Wirkungsbereich des Scanner (4) gelangt,
  • - dieser Vorgang bei Rückführung des Einkaufswagens (1) in die Parkstation (2) (Fig. I/II) vom Scanner (4) gleichermaßen erfaßt und der gespeicherte Vorgang gelöscht wird,
  • - bei systemwidrigem Verhalten (Einkaufswagen wird nicht zurückgeführt) der dann nicht gelöschte Vorgang zu einer Beaufschlagung der spezifischen Kundenrechnung mit einem Betrag "x" für die Rückführung durch Dritte, beim nächsten Einkauf dieses spezifischen Kunden führt.
