Diese Schwinge hat zwei Seitenprofile (6a). Diese sind als Kurve (6b) ausgebildet. Das Selbsthemmelement (10) setzt sich zwischen Kurve und Seitenteilholme. Als Gegenlager kann auch ein um den gleichen Drehpunkt (7) oder (ein verschobener Drehpunkt) ein Rahmen, der so konstruiert sein kann, wie die Schwinge.
