Sie besteht darin, daß mindestens ein Gaskochbrenner und mindestens ein Infrarot-Gasglühstrahler in einem Gerät vereinigt sind, wobei im Bedarfsfall der Gaskochbrenner durch einen Infrarot-Gasglühstrahler ausgetauscht werden kann. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß-falls nicht gekocht werden sollvon unten her gegrillt werden kann.
