Abstract
Verfahren zur Behandlung von Abwasser aus Betrieben zur Olivenölproduktion, das neben feststofflichen Abfällen im Zuge der Olivenverarbeitung anfällt, wobei das Abwasser in einem ersten Schritt durch eine Flockung vorgereinigt wird, wobei1.1. im ersten Schritt durch Zusatz von Chelatbildnern in Form von Schwermetalllonen bei einem pH-Wert von 4,5 bis 5,5 die im Abwasser enthaltenen Phenole gebunden und ausgeflockt werden1.2. und die ausgefällten Flocken durch ein Filtersieb mit einer Maschenweite von 0,08 bis 0,12 mm abgeschieden werden,1.3. darauffolgend durch Zusatz von in Wasser gelöster Asche der pH-Wert auf einen Wert von 8 bis 9 erhöht wird1.4. und durch einen weiteren Zusatz von gemahlenem Aktivkoks die restlichen Phenole gebunden werden,1.5. im Weiteren die mit den Reststoffen beladenen Aktivkohlepartikel durch ein Filtersieb mit einer Maschenweite von 0,008 bis 0,012 mm abgeschieden, getrocknet und zur im Prozess eingesetzten Asche verbrannt werden,1.6. als letzter Schritt durch Zusatz von aktivem Sauerstoff in Form bekannter Oxidationsmittel noch verbliebene organische Verbindungen zu Kohlendioxid und Wasser umgesetzt werden,1.7. wobei das entstehende Kohlendioxid durch Einleiten in ein Algenbecken gebunden wird.Process for the treatment of waste water from olive oil production operations, which occurs in addition to solid waste in the course of olive processing, the waste water being pre-cleaned in a first step by flocculation, wherein1.1.
