Abstract
Leuchteneinheit für ein Kraftfahrzeug, aufweisend eine Gehäuseschale (71) aus thermoplastischem Kunststoffmaterial, eine Anzahl Leuchtmittel (9), eine Anzahl der Leuchtmittel (9) zugeordneter Lichtleitmittel (8), wobei die Gehäuseschale (71) einen Innenraum zur Aufnahme der Anzahl von Leuchtmitteln (9) vorgibt, wobei die Gehäuseschale (71) durch ein Spritzgießverfahren hergestellt ist, in dem ein lichtdurchlässiger Fensterabschnitt (72) gebildet wird, und wobei innerhalb der Gehäuseschale (71) in einem Bereich hinter dem Fensterabschnitt (72) eine diesen überspannende Abdeckschale (75) angeordnet ist, die mit Randbereichen an den lichtdurchlässigen Bereich (72) anschließt und innerhalb des Innenraums einen Einbauraum (E1) zur Aufnahme der Leuchtmittel (9) vorgibt, und wobei die Abdeckschale (75) derart ausgeführt ist, dass das Austreten von Streulicht in den Innenraum der Gehäuseschale (71) vermieden wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gehäuseschale (71) stegförmige nach innen weisende Abschnitte (73) und eine Anzahl nach innen ragende stegförmige Abschnitte (76) aufweist, und dass die Abdeckschale (75) Seitenflächen aufweist und mit den Seitenflächen an den Außenseiten der stegförmigen Abschnitte (73) anliegt, und dass die Anzahl von Lichtleitmitteln (8) beim Spritzgießverfahren einstückig mit der Gehäuseschale (71) erhalten werden, und wobei die Anzahl der Leuchtmittel (9) auf mindestens einer Seitenfläche der Abdeckschale (75) angeordnet sind und das Licht der Leuchtmittel (9) in den nach innen ragenden stegförmigen Abschnitt (76) der Gehäuseschale (71) eingestrahlt wird, und wobei der Fensterabschnitt (72) auf der nach außen weisenden Oberfläche eine dekorative Beschichtung (10) aufweist, wobei die Beschichtung in der Art einer Perforation mit einer Anzahl von Durchbrüchen versehen ist, durch die das von den Leuchtmitteln (9) abgestrahlte Licht im Wesentlichen unbeeinträchtigt hindurch treten kann.Luminaire unit for a motor vehicle, comprising a housing shell (71) of thermoplastic material, a number of lamps (9), a number of lamps (9) associated with light conducting means (8), wherein the housing shell (71) has an interior for receiving the number of lamps ( 9), wherein the housing shell (71) is produced by an injection molding process in which a translucent window section (72) is formed, and within the housing shell (71) in a region behind the window section (72) a covering shell (75 ) is arranged, which adjoins the transparent area (72) with edge regions and within the interior of an installation space (E1) for receiving the bulbs (9), and wherein the cover shell (75) is designed such that the leakage of stray light in the interior of the housing shell (71) is avoided, characterized in that the housing shell (71) web-shaped na ch inwardly facing portions (73) and a plurality of inwardly projecting ridge-shaped portions (76), and in that the cover shell (75) has side surfaces and abuts the side surfaces on the outer sides of the ridge-shaped portions (73), and that the number of light-guiding means (8) are obtained integrally with the housing shell (71) in the injection molding process, and wherein the number of lighting means (9) on at least one side surface of the cover shell (75) are arranged and the light of the lighting means (9) in the inwardly projecting web-shaped portion (76) of the housing shell (71) is irradiated, and wherein the window portion (72) on the outwardly facing surface of a decorative coating (10), wherein the coating is provided in the manner of a perforation with a number of openings through which the light emitted by the lighting means (9) can pass through substantially undisturbed.
Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Leuchteneinheit für ein Kraftfahrzeug, bei der in einer Gehäuseschale mit Fensterabschnitt Leuchtmittel angeordnet sind. Die Leuchteneinheit kann als eine in die Außenfläche des Kraftfahrzeugs integrierte Leuchteneinheit, wie beispielsweise eine Signalleuchteneinheit für einen Außenspiegel, eine Rücklichteinheit, eine Vorfeldbeleuchtung ausgeführt sein.
