Kühlvorrichtung für eine Leistungselektronik zum Einsatz im Kraftfahrzeugbereich mit einem Gehäuse, das einen Wärmetauscher, mindestens zwei Elektronikbauteile der Leistungselektronik sowie mindestens zwei mit Kühlmittel gefüllte Kühlkammern, die einen Kühlraum bilden, aufweist, wobei die Kühlkammern mindestens einem Elektronikbauteil zugeordnet sind. Auch kann es aus fertigungstechnischer Hinsicht vorteilhaft sein, wenn die Elektronikbauteile auf den Trennelementen angeordnet sind.
