Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fördergurt mit einer tragseitigen Deckplatte (2) und einer laufseitigen Deckplatte (3) aus jeweils einem elastomeren Werkstoff sowie mit einem eingebetteten Zugträger, wobei der Fördergurt durch Überlappung der beiden Gurtflanken unter Ausbildung zweier sich berührenden Randzonen (A, B) zu einem Rohrfördergurt (1) schließbar ist, der sich ringsherum an Tragrollen (4, 5) abstützt, wobei erfindungsgemäß die Abstützung an vier Tragrollen (4, 5) erfolgt. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fördergurt mit einer tragseitigen und laufseitigen Deckplatte aus jeweils einem elastomeren Werkstoff sowie mit einem eingebetteten Zugträger, wobei der Fördergurt durch Überlappung seiner beiden Gurtflanken unter Ausbildung zweier sich berührenden Randzonen zu einem Rohrfördergurt schließbar ist, der sich ringsherum an Tragrollen abstützt. Der Fördergurt kommt dabei als Textil-Fördergurt oder Stahlseil-Fördergurt zur Anwendung, wobei insbesondere beim Stahlseil-Fördergurt innerhalb der tragseitigen und/oder laufseitigen Deckplatte zusätzlich Querarmierungen zwecks Schlitzschutz vorhanden sind. In den letzten 20 Jahren ist das geschlossene Fördersystem unter Einsatz eines Rohrfördergurtes entscheidend weiterentwickelt worden. Innerhalb der Ein- und Auslaufstrecke ist der Fördergurt wie bei den konventionellen Gurtförderern gemuldet. Auf der Transport- und Rücklaufstrecke schließt sich jedoch der Fördergurt und bildet eine Röhre (Rohrfördergurt, Schlauchgurt, Rollgurt). Für dieses Transportsystem werden ringförmig angeordnete Tragrollen sowie gegebenenfalls zusätzliche Korrekturrollen benötigt. Neben den konventionellen Gurtförderern zeichnet sich das geschlossene Transportbandsystem durch folgende Vorteile aus:
- – es ist besonders kurvengängig;
- – es hat eine besonders hohe Steigfähigkeit;
- – es ist platzsparend;
- – es schützt das Fördermaterial sowie die Umwelt, beispielsweise bei Staub oder radioaktivem Fördermaterial, ferner bei Anlagen, die über gefährdete Bereiche (Wälder, Küsten usw.) führen sowie bei Verladeanlagen, die über dem Meer verlaufen.
