Die vorliegende Erfindung beruht auf dem allgemeinen Gedanken, eine Rückschlagklappe einer Entlüftungseinrichtung an einen Rahmen dieser Entlüftungseinrichtung mittels einer Schweißverbindung anzubinden und nicht wie bisher üblich, mittels beispielsweise aufwändig zu montierenden und teuren Klammern. Eine derartige Schweißverbindung lässt sich einerseits fertigungstechnisch einfach herstellen und gewährleistet andererseits eine zuverlässige Verbindung der Rückschlagklappe mit dem Rahmen, wodurch insbesondere auch eine hohe Dichtfunktion gewährleistet werden kann. Von besonderem Vorteil ist jedoch, dass im Unterschied zum Stand der Technik zusätzliche Befestigungselemente, wie beispielsweise Befestigungsklammern, entfallen, wodurch sich einerseits die Teilevielfalt reduziert und andererseits der Montageaufwand verringert. Erzeugt wird die erforderliche Ultraschallfrequenz mit Hilfe eines Hochfrequenzgenerators, der die Netzspannung in eine Hochfrequenz umwandelt. Durch ein geschirmtes Kabel wiederum wird die Hochfrequenzleistung zu einem Ultraschallwandler übertragen, der beispielsweise mit dem piezoelektrischen Effekt oder einem magnetostriktiven Effekt arbeitet. Die erzeugten Schwingungen werden dabei unter Druck auf das zu schweißende Werkstück übertragen, wobei der zu schweißende Werkstoff aufgrund der Temperaturerhöhung erweicht und schmilzt. Generell zeichnet sich das Ultraschallschweißen durch sehr geringe Schweißzeiten und eine hohe Wirtschaftlichkeit aus. Hier wird die erfindungsgemäße Schweißverbindung somit zusätzlich durch eine mechanische Verbindung, nämlich die Zapfenverbindung, unterstützt. Zum Fixieren der Rückschlagklappe am Rahmen der Entlüftungseinrichtung wird die Rückschlagklappe zunächst mit ihren Ausnehmungen über die rahmenseitig angeordneten Zapfen geführt und anschließend ein entsprechender Schweißstempel auf die Zapfen gedrückt, wodurch sich bei diesen ein nietähnlicher Kopf bildet. Die Anzahl der Zapfen je Rückschlagklappe kann dabei individuell gewählt werden.
