Die Erfindung betrifft ein Crashmanagementsystem nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a crash management system according to the preamble of
Crashmanagementsysteme werden bei Kraftfahrzeugen zur gezielten Beeinflussung von Folgen eines Aufpralls, etwa mit Fußgängern oder anderen Fahrzeugen, eingesetzt. Diese weisen in der Regel ein Trägerelement auf, welches sich quer zur Fahrtrichtung erstreckt und das mit Crashboxen verbunden ist. Bei einem Aufprall werden die auf das Trägerelement einwirkenden Kräfte durch gezieltes Verformen der Crashboxen abgeleitet. Die Trägerelemente sind insbesondere für den Fußgängerschutz mit einer meist weichen Applikation versehen, welche sich beim Aufprall ebenfalls verformt. Entsprechende Crashmanagementsysteme sind z. B. aus
Bei der Konstruktion von Crashmanagementsystemen sind zum Einen gesetzliche Vorgaben hinsichtlich des Fußgängerschutzes zu berücksichtigen, zum andreren existieren ebenfalls Vorschriften hinsichtlich des Verhaltens des Systems im Crashfall. Für den Fußgängerschutz ist am Trägerelement die oben beschriebene Applikation vorgesehen, für den Crashfall sind Crashboxen vorgesehen, über deren Länge in Fahrtrichtung die Energieaufnahme des Crashmanagementsystems bei einem Crash eingestellt und deren Verhalten im Rahmen der Versicherungscrashtests (AZT- und RCAR-Bumper-to-Bumper-Crash-Tests) geprüft wird. Die Einhaltung der sich zunehmend verschärfenden gesetzlichen Vorgaben für den Fußgängerschutz und die Crashabsorption führen zu dem Problem, dass der für das Crashmanagementsystem zur Verfügung stehende Bauraum optimal genutzt werden muss. Gerade die erhöhten Anforderungen an den Fußgängerschutz lassen hier einen Zielkonflikt entstehen, weil die Einhaltung dieser Bestimmungen zusätzlichen Bauraum erfordert, welcher dann für die Crashabsorption, insbesondere für Dimensionierung der Crashboxen in Fahrtrichtung, fehlt.In the construction of crash management systems, on the one hand, statutory requirements with regard to pedestrian protection have to be taken into account; on the other hand, regulations also exist with regard to the behavior of the system in the event of a crash.
