The The present invention addresses the problem of for a generic floor covering, an improved or at least another embodiment indicate, on the one hand, good acoustic properties and, on the other hand has a comparatively low weight.
This Problem is inventively by the objects of the independent claims. advantageous Embodiments are the subject of the dependent Claims.
The invention is based on the general idea to design the generic flooring for the interior of transport, as a hybrid component, and thereby optimally adapted to its acoustic and its weight characteristics. In this case, first proposed for the lining of the motor vehicle flooring is divided into accessible areas and non-accessible areas, the latter being, for example, under a vehicle seat. At least in a lower layer of the floor covering in the non-accessible areas Thermoformschaum is used. A thermoforming foam has only a weight of about 12-15 kg / m 3 , whereas, for example, a PUR foam, as it is preferably used in the enterable areas, a weight of about 60 kg / m 3 has. The thermoforming foam has similarly good acoustic damping properties, such as a PUR foam, but is much lighter. A disadvantage of such thermoforming foams, however, is that they have only a limited resilience and thereby tend to plastic deformation in frequent entry. However, such plastic deformations are unacceptable in the enterable and thus usually visible areas of a motor vehicle, so that according to the invention the thermoforming foam is used exclusively where it is not to be expected with a burden by entering. This may for example be the case below the vehicle seats. With the flooring according to the invention and designed as a hybrid component, thus a floor covering can be realized, which on the one hand easily meet the acoustic requirements imposed on it, ie soundproofing or sound insulation, while on the other hand in comparison to one, for example, completely in a lower layer with PUR foam trained flooring, significantly lighter, which is particularly advantageous in sports car construction.
Suitably, the passenger-side surface of the floor covering a top fabric made of velor, especially from Tuftvelour, or from Dilour on. When velor as a fabric, the loops are cut after weaving and then stand at right angles from the tissue. A tufted velvet is a textile in which the slings are cut open. To be able to effectively prevent as long as possible that the velor loses its pile, since this was indeed cut open and so loosely in the tissue, a rear side the top fabric are coated with a Kunstlatexdispersion. A so-called Dilour is a substantially similarly made needled fabric. Both tissues have in common that they are, depending on the production, extremely resistant, which is especially in a heavily loaded floor area of a motor vehicle of crucial importance, and also inexpensive in almost any color can be produced.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the solution according to the invention, at least one lower layer in the accessible areas of the floor covering has an EPS foam (expanded polystyrene) or an EPP foam (expanded polypropylene). Expanded poly-propylene is a propylene foam based on poly-propylene, unlike the EPS foam, expanded poly-propylene is delivered without propellant, so that a propellant-based subsequent expansion is no longer possible. In principle, the EPP foam can be produced by two different processes, namely the autoclave technique and the direct foam extrusion. In an EPS foam is expanded polystyrene, which is, for example, referred to depending on the pore structure with the trade name Styropor ® and styrodur ®. On the one hand, both foams are inexpensive to produce and, on the other hand, are subject to virtually no shape restrictions.
Gleichzeitig weist ein derartiger PUR-Schaum gute schalldämpfende Eigenschaften auf, wodurch insbesondere ein geringes Geräuschniveau in einer Fahrgastzelle eines Kraftfahrzeuges erreichbar ist.at a further advantageous embodiment of the invention Solution, is at least a lower layer in the accessible Foamed back areas with polyurethane foam (polyurethane). Polyurethane can vary depending on the choice of isocyanate and the polyol Have properties, the later properties mainly determined by the polyol component, because these are usually used to achieve desired Properties adapted, that is chemically altered. By using blowing agents and other additives it is also possible to produce rigid polyurethane foams, which the loads occurring in the accessible areas, can record easily. At the same time, such a PUR foam has good sound-absorbing properties, which means in particular a low noise level in a passenger compartment a motor vehicle can be reached.
