Abstract

Es ist ferner bekannt, zum Schneiden von Profilen aus Kautschukmischungen Rollenmesser, Ultraschallmesser, Guillotinemesser oder Laser einzusetzen. Die Verwendung von Rollenmessern zum Schneiden von Kombinationsbauteilen scheitert daran, dass mit einem Rollenmesser nur ein sehr geringer Anstellwinkel relativ zur Bauteiloberfläche möglich ist, der für den Schnitt im Stahlkord enthaltenden Bauteil gewählte Anstellwinkel müsste auch im Profil beibehalten werden. Zudem ist der wählbare Anstellwinkel bei den üblichen Rollenmessern nicht sehr groß und liegt nahe der Senkrechten zum Schnittgut.
