Abstract

Da die Betätigungsspule bei Schützen für die Steuerung von Elektrogeräten so ausgelegt werden muß, daß auch unter ungünstigen Betriebesbedigungen eine sichere Kontaktgabe garantiert ist, entwickeln derartige Schütze häufig störende Betriebsgeräusche und haben eine hohe Verlustleistung. Dies macht sie für viele Einsatzfälle ungeeignet. DOLLAR A Die übliche Konstruktion, bei der eine Spule sowohl zur Betätigung des Ankers als auch für das Festhalten des Ankers in Betriebsstellung dient, wird dahingehend abgeändert, daß für die Betätigung des Ankers und für das Festhalten jeweils eine eigene Spule eingesetzt wird. Der Schaltvorgang läuft dabei so ab, daß der Anker bei Erreichen der Betriebsstellung einen Mikroschalter betätigt, welcher den Strom in der Anzugsspule unterbricht und gleichzeitig ein Signal an ein IC gibt, welches den Strom in der Haltespule einschaltet. Es können nun beide Spulen unabhängig voneinander auf ihre Aufgabe optimiert werden, wodurch es möglich ist, einen geräuschlosen Betrieb bei minimaler Verlustleistung zu erreichen. DOLLAR A Auf diese Weise aufgebaute Schütze sind besonders zur Steuerung von Elektrogeräten über Telefon geeignet. Hierbei wird ein Telefon mit einer Sprachverarbeitung und einer Tastatur mit dem Schütz verbunden. Ein eingebautes Steuerprogramm erlaubt es, über die Telefonleitung einkommende Schaltbefehle zu identifizieren und auszuführen.
