Abstract
Dargestellt und beschrieben ist eine Vorrichtung zur Steuerung eines Gas- oder Flüssigkeitsstromes vorzugsweise bei sehr hohen Drücken, insbesondere zur Einspeisung eines überkritischen Fluids in eine Kunststoffschmelze einer Kunststoffspritzgießmaschine. DOLLAR A Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Vorrichtung zur Steuerung eines Gas- oder Flüssigkeitsstromes vorzugsweise bei sehr hohen Drücken zu schaffen, die die vorgenannten Nachteile des Standes der Technik nicht aufweist. DOLLAR A Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ergibt sich daraus, dass der ersten Ventilkammer durch einen Zwischenraum beabstandet eine zweite Ventilkammer vorgelagert ist, dass die Einspeiseleitung im Bereich des Zwischenraumes angeordnet ist, dass zwischen den in den beiden Ventilkammern angeordneten Ventilkörpern ein Koppelglied angeordnet ist, dessen Länge den Abstand der Ventilkammern übersteigt, dass die erste Ventilkammer mit einer Entlüftungsleitung versehen ist und dass durch die Betätigung des Stellgliedes sowie den Fluiddruck ein gegensinniger Verschlusszustand der Ventilkörper gewährleistet ist.Shown and described is a device for controlling a gas or liquid flow, preferably at very high pressures, in particular for feeding a supercritical fluid into a plastic melt of a plastic injection molding machine.
