Abstract

ECOTEL) erreichbar, die die Unterschiede im Tarifgefüge zwischen Festnetz und Mobilfunk ausnutzen und das Gespräch entsprechend ins Festnetz weiterleiten. Gemäß dieser Lösung erfolgt ein Verbindungsaufbau aus einem Mobilfunknetz zu einem Festnetzanschluss unter Nutzung eines durch eine zentrale Netzwerkkomponente eines Dienstleisters beziehungsweise Netzwerkbetreibers bereitgestellten Services. Hierzu ist für den Verbindungsaufbau zu einem gewünschten Teilnehmer zunächst eine Verbindung zur Rufnummer einer solchen Netzwerkkomponente herzustellen, durch welche dann unter Ausnutzung entsprechender Tarifvorteile im Wege der Anrufweiterleitung oder eines Call-Back die Verbindung zum angerufenen Teilnehmer hergestellt wird. Ein diese Möglichkeit nutzender Teilnehmer ist dabei abhängig von der Gestaltung des entsprechenden Services durch den Provider, was auch im Hinblick auf eventuelle Änderungen der Tarifierung des Services gilt. Der Sprachkanal über diese Sende- und Empfangseinheit eingehender Anrufe wird durch Aktivierung einer Gabelschaltung der beschriebenen Vorrichtung mit dem Festnetzanschluss, an welchem die Vorrichtung betrieben wird, verbunden und kann dann durch Aufbau einer Festnetz-Telefonverbindung einem anderen Festnetzanschluss zugeleitet werden. Aufgrund ihrer in ein Mobilfunknetz einzubeziehenden Sende- und Empfangseinheit muss die in der Druckschrift offenbarte Vorrichtung mit einer entsprechenden Telefonkarte für den Mobilfunk (SIM-Karte) ausgestattet werden.
