Um dies zu ermöglichen, werden elektromagnetisch betätigte Ventile verwendet, die über einen Impulsgeber gesteuert werden. Derartige Impulsventile sind jedoch störungsanfällig und im Dauerbetrieb nicht immer zuverlässig, ganz abgesehen davon, daß sie auch teuer in der Anschaffung sind.In the case of pneumatically operated devices such as B. Zwischen dem oberen Ventilsitz 9 und dem Deckel 6 ist eine Servomembran 5, an deren Stelle auch ein Servokolben treten kann, eingesetzt, so daß oberhalb der Membran 5 ein Arbeitsraum 20 und unterhalb der Membran 5 ein Austrittsraum 23 entsteht, an den der Druckmittelauslaß 3 angeschlossen ist.
