Dále se vynález týká nátěrové a/nebo stavební hmoty obsahující tuto komponentu.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a component of a coating and / or building material active in the catalysis of photodegradation of pollutants in the atmosphere. Furthermore, the invention relates to a coating and / or building material comprising this component.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
At present, a number of preparations serving as building and coating materials (especially for outdoor buildings and structures) with effects of photodegradation of air pollutants are already known.
With regard to building materials, for example, cement mixtures containing photocatalytically active titanium dioxide are known.
From the point of view of paint formulations for surface treatment of exterior buildings and constructions, the use of organometallic precursors containing particles of photocatalytically active compounds - especially titanium dioxide - seems to be particularly advantageous. In this regard, it is known, for example, to use precursors formed by homogeneous hydrolysis of soluble titanium salts (chlorides) with urea or thioacetamide in an aqueous medium. However, the obtained precursors can only be used as the active ingredient of the respective coating composition - not directly as the coating composition itself. From this point of view, it is more promising to use transparent layers based on vinyl alcohol or hydroxyethyl acrylate - precursors formed by hydrolysis of soluble titanium salts in the presence of the respective polymers. However, even these precursors themselves are not able to guarantee the necessary mechanical and chemical resistance of the exterior paint.
In addition, traditional technologies of surface and construction treatments based on the use of mineral plasters, jointing materials, fire and facade coatings and other massive and thin-layer coatings and structures made of geopolymers are known. The advantage of these materials is - unlike the above mentioned building and coating materials with the effects of photodegradation of air pollutants - especially fire resistance and resistance to aggressive environment. At present, the focus of known surface treatments based on geopolymers is exclusively in passive protection of building surfaces. Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
K. odstranění výše uvedených nedostatků dosavadního stavu techniky přispívá do značné míry komponenta nátěrové a/nebo stavební hmoty aktivní z hlediska katalýzy fotodegradace polutantů v ovzduší. To overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the coating and / or building material component active in the catalysis of photodegradation of pollutants in the air is to a large extent contributed. The invention is based on the fact that at least a part of the total amount of particles of this component is coated on the surface or part thereof with a substance from the group of oxides and metal salts in nanocrystalline form with photocatalytic activity even in the visible part of the sunlight spectrum.
The particles coated on the surface with a material of the group of oxides and metal salts with photocatalytic activity may be filler particles (platelet-like, fibrous or spherical structures) and / or pigment particles.
The substance from the group of metal oxides and salts with photocatalytic activity may then advantageously be titanium dioxide doped with transition metal oxides, in particular Fe, Co, Ni, Mn, Cr, V, Ta, Nb, W and / or lanthanide oxides, in particular La, Ce, Nd, Y, Sm, Eu, Dy, which is predominantly spherical particles with dopant-induced lattice defects and is photoactive visible light.
Jinou fotoaktivní látkou ze skupiny oxidů a solí kovů mohou být směsné oxidy typu TiO2xMeO na bázi oxidu titaničitého, dopovaného oxidy přechodných kovů (MeO), kde kovem (Me) je zejména Fe, Co, Ni, Mn, Cr, V, Ta, Nb, W a/nebo oxidy lanthanoidů, zejména La, Ce, Nd, Y, Sm, Eu, Dy.Another photoactive substance from the group of metal oxides and salts may be mixed TiO 2 xMeO oxides based on titanium dioxide doped with transition metal oxides (MeO), where the metal (Me) is mainly Fe, Co, Ni, Mn, Cr, V, Ta , Nb, W and / or lanthanide oxides, especially La, Ce, Nd, Y, Sm, Eu, Dy.
The photoactive substance from the group of metal oxides and salts may also be the resultant product of homogeneous hydrolysis of TiCl2 or T1Cl4 with urea in aqueous medium or titanium dioxide in the form of transparent particles resulting from hydrolysis of T1Cl3 or T1Cl4 in polar polymers such as hydroxyethyl methacrylate or the like; inorganic polymers based on silicates, silicic acid esters, siloxanes or silicon alkoxides.
The filler particles may preferably, but not necessarily, be active in the reaction to cure the mass - in particular particles of at least one of clinker, flake, metakaolin, zeolite, talc, mica, wollastonite, glass, blast furnace slag, quartz, kaolin and limestone.
Hlavním přínosem komponenty nátěrové a/nebo stavební hmoty podle vynálezu je podstatné zvětšení povrchu aktivní složky podle typu a tvaru plniva, resp. pigmentu jakoThe main benefit of the coating and / or building material component according to the invention is a substantial increase in the surface area of the active ingredient according to the type and shape of the filler, respectively. pigment as

Příklad 1Example 1
Silikátový fasádní nebo interiérový nátěr s obsahem nanokrystalického oxidu titaničitého:Silicate facade or interior coating containing nanocrystalline titanium dioxide:
ve 200 až 240 hmot, dílech vody se za přídavku do 2 hmot, dílů dispergačního činidla disperguje 60 až 80 hmot, dílu běžného bílého pigmentu (oxidu zinečnatého, oxidu titaničitého, apod.) a 300 hmot, dílů minerálního plniva určené jemnosti. Do vzniklé homogenní směsi se pak přidá 1 až 50 hmot dílů práškové slídy s povlakem nanokrystalického oxidu titaničitého, fotoaktivního v oblasti viditelného světla (provedení KFD).
