de preparación de un producto almibarado que comprendevitaminas, dicho procedimiento consta de las etapassiguientes:a) La inertización de todos los aparatos empleados enel procedimiento;b) La introducción de un almíbar de azúcar en dichosaparatos, y la introducción de las vitaminas bajo atmósferainene;c) el agregado de glucosa deshidratada ydesoxigenada bajo atmósfera inerte;d) la desoxigenación del producto almibarado formadode esta manera;e) el envasado del producto almibarado bajo atmósferainerte.
