Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de un gas que contiene metano a partir de gas de síntesis, en el que un gas de síntesis que contiene monóxido de carbono e hidrógeno se alimenta para la metanización a un sistema de reactor (1) con un material catalizador, en el que la corriente de gas de procedimiento que abandona el sistema de reactor (1) se divide en una corriente de gas de producto y una corriente de gas de reciclado y en el que la corriente de gas de reciclado se transporta mediante un eyector (5) para la compensación de la pérdida de presión y se conduce para la refrigeración junto con el gas de síntesis al sistema de reactor (1). Según la invención se comprime la corriente de gas de producto a una presión que es mayor que la presión del gas de síntesis alimentado al sistema de reactor (1). Al eyector (5) se alimenta o bien gas de producto comprimido o gas útil de un sistema de conducción de gas útil (9) como medio de arrastre. Es objeto de la invención también una instalación de obtención de metano para la realización del procedimiento.
