Abstract
Procedimiento para preparar ácido L-ascórbico, caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar el ácido 2-ceto-L-gulónico con un ácido mineral concentrado a una temperatura comprendida entre 40 y 80°C. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la reacción se lleva a cabo a temperaturas comprendidas entre 50 y 70°C. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque la relación entre el ácido 2-ceto-L-gulónico y el ácido mineral es de 1:3. Procedimiento según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque en calidad de ácido mineral se emplea el ácido clorhídrico concentrado. Procedimiento según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque se lleva una mezcla compuesta por ácido 2-ceto-L-gulónico y ácido mineral concentrado a la temperatura de reacción deseada.
