Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种电、磁、热、辐射、药物综合医疗装置,主要适合于医院、家庭对患者进行多种形式的皮肤给药和理疗保健之用。本装置以中医理疗学理论为指导,根据患者外服的药物膏药或药液在给药方面存在的不足以及吸取了面市理疗仪的长处而设计的。该装置可以药疗、多功能或单一功能的理疗同时在同一部位上进行,效果优于同类产品。在无需给药时,可以完全当作一台多功能或单一功能的理疗仪使用。该装置工艺简单、成本低、适应于中小企业和家庭制作。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种电、磁、热、辐射、药物综合医疗装置,主要适合于医院、家庭对患者进行多种形式的皮肤给药和理疗保健之用。
传统的药物膏药是通过药物与肌体皮肤的接触,利用药物的化学物质对肌肤的渗透作用,达到治疗疾病的目的。这种给药的方法仅有化学物质的单一性,由于药物的化学物质对肌体的渗透与温度和环境状况有关,而一般的药物或者药液又不具备调节其给药温度和改变其给药环境的功能,往往致使药物不能充分发挥药效,而影响治疗效果以致造成药物的浪费。
在已有的技术中,依据电、磁、热,特定辐射波谱等作用,对人体生命机体产生的生物效应,用于治疗疾病的理疗装置较多,现以最近面市的“理疗腰带”为例:这种理疗腰带是具有按摩、磁疗、热作用的理疗装置,它是由按摩器、磁疗器、热疗器、布套、供电器组成。按摩器是由一个电机和飞轮组成,飞轮装在小电机的轴上,对电机供电,电机就带动飞轮转动,而起按摩作用;磁疗器是由很多块小永久磁铁缝合在布套上而成,为治疗时提供磁场;电热器是由镍络丝紧缝在绝缘布套内而成,对镍铬丝通电,就产生热作用;供电器是由一个变压器、整流器、箱体组成,起提供给按摩器和电热器电能的作用。把按摩器、磁疗器、电热器装入布套内缝好,经过电缆和供电器接通,理疗腰带就开始工作了,使用时把理疗腰带贴在治疗部位上固紧。
这种仪器,它是单纯从理疗的角度上来治疗疾病和起到保健作用的,但是在治疗疾病的过程中,需要在同一部位同时进行药物治疗和物理治疗时,就不能满足要求了,使用时就不够理想。
本实用新型根据中医理疗学关于“药物治疗和物理治疗合理的综合应用,可以加强治疗效果”的理论,以及已有技术中存在的不足之处,提供了一种同时在同一部位上既能对皮肤进行多种形式的给药治疗,又能进行物理治疗的综合医疗装置。该装置可以电、磁、热、特定辐射及药物同时进行综合治疗,也可以任选一项单独治疗,在综合治疗时,效果优于同类产品中具有单一功能的磁疗仪、电疗仪等,在有选择性的单独理疗时,效果与上述仪器相间。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作详细描述。
图一是本装置的总体示意图。

图三是本装置的供电器示意图。
图四是本装置的电热块制作的另一种形式图。
本实用新型是由供电器和医疗套组成。医疗套主要结构是:一个药袋与布套连接,布套内底层放有辐射袋,辐射袋与电热块连接,电热块与电磁块连接,布套顶面由拉链封合,且在布套上面两端各有一条固紧带。
参照图一,治疗套〔1〕通过电缆〔3〕、〔4〕与供电器〔7〕接通,工作时将治疗套〔1〕通过固紧带〔2〕包扎在治疗部位上,供电器〔7〕通过电线〔5〕、插头〔6〕接入220伏特交流电后,打开供电器〔7〕的开关,这时供电器〔7〕就向治疗套〔1〕中的电热块提供经过隔离的36伏特以下50HZ的交变电流,和向电磁块提供经过隔离的36伏特以下0~10Hz的脉动电流,以便在电磁块内产生脉动电磁场,这时就可以开始对皮肤给药和理疗了。
参照图二,药袋〔10〕内装有一块吸附片〔11〕,药袋上缝有按扣〔12〕,以便与布套〔26〕连接。吸附片〔11〕用吸水性较强的(如棉花、海棉等)软性材料制成,用以吸附药液或水,在给药时提供蒸汽。
布套〔26〕上面缝有的两根固紧带〔2〕、拉链〔22〕、按扣〔19〕,固紧带用于将治疗套包扎在治疗部位上用,拉链用于封合布套〔26〕,按扣〔19〕用于布套顶面与电磁块〔17〕连接。
辐射袋〔25〕内装有辐射微粒〔9〕,辐射微粒〔9〕是由一些人体生命必需的微量元素如:铁、锌、锰、铜、碘、硒、锗……等元素及其络合物制成的微粒。辐射袋〔25〕上缝有按扣〔8〕,以便与电热块〔24〕连接,辐射微粒〔9〕在热作用下辐射出特定电磁波谱,对人体起理疗和改变给药环境的作用。
电热块〔24〕是由两块绝缘布〔13〕〔14〕,在中间缝有电热丝〔15〕组成。电热丝〔15〕与电缆〔4〕接通,电热块用于提供热能。
电磁块〔17〕,是用带有许多小孔的定位软片〔21〕,在每个小孔里装上一个带有磁芯的线圈〔20〕,线圈之间相互串联和并联后与电缆〔3〕接通,在定位软片〔21〕的上下两面各缝有一块软压条〔18〕〔23〕,两压条各缝有四个按扣〔16〕〔19〕,上面与布套〔26〕顶面连接,下面与电热块〔24〕连接。电磁块是在皮肤给药和理疗时起提供脉动磁场作用的。
参照图三,供电器〔7〕的箱体内由变压器、整流器、脉动电流发生器组成,箱体上装有电源开关〔29〕和连通多个功能块用的插座〔30〕、〔31〕、〔32〕、〔33〕,由总电源线〔5〕,插头〔6〕接入220伏特交流电,工作时,先把各功能块的插头插在相应的供电插座里,打开开关〔29〕,指示灯〔27〕亮,供电器〔7〕这时就分别向多个功能块提供隔离的36伏特以下的安全脉动、交变电能,一个供电器可以同时供两个人综合给药理疗使用,也可以同时供给几个人单项给给药理疗使用。
参照图二和图一叙述一下本装置的给药和理疗的方法。给药的方法分为:1.电热辐射给药法,先把药袋〔10〕中的吸附软片〔11〕取出,装入药物片,或把药物片贴在患处,将药袋连接在布套〔26〕底部,再把治疗套〔1〕(药袋面朝患外)贴在治疗部位上包扎好,通过供电器〔7〕对电热块〔24〕单项供电即可,达到药疗、热疗兼备。2.电磁给药法:与电热辐射给药法不同的是,只须对电磁块〔17〕单项供电即可。其机构不变。达到药疗、磁疗兼备。3.蒸气给药法:在药袋〔10〕的吸附片〔11〕上浸湿治疗所需的药液,(如所用的药物是固体的,则吸附片〔11〕用水浸湿),然后将药袋〔10〕与布套〔26〕底面连接,再把治疗套〔1〕(药袋面朝患处)贴在治疗部位上包扎好,通过供电器〔7〕对电热块〔24〕单项供电即可。4.理化综合给药法:在治疗套〔1〕的药袋〔10〕内装入已经浸湿药液的吸附片或固体药物,(如药物是固体的,不需蒸发时,吸附片〔11〕取出),然后将药袋〔10〕与布套〔26〕底部连接,再把治疗套〔1〕(药袋面朝患处)贴在治疗部位上並包扎好,再由供电器〔7〕同时分别给电热块〔24〕、电磁块〔17〕供电即可,达到药疗、热疗、磁疗、辐射疗兼备。
理疗方法有:1.电热辐射理疗法:是取出药袋〔10〕,将治疗套〔1〕底面朝患处包扎在治疗部位上,对电热块〔24〕单项通电即可。2.电磁理疗法:是取出药袋〔10〕,将治疗套〔1〕底面朝患处包扎在治疗部位上,对电磁块〔17〕单项供电即可。3.综合理疗法:是取出药袋〔10〕,对治疗套〔1〕的电热块〔24〕、电磁块〔17〕同时分别通电即可。
以上描述的图二是本实用新型的治疗套结构之一,除药袋〔10〕以外,布套〔26〕内的辐射袋〔25〕、电热块〔24〕、电磁块〔17〕在 组装顺序上,可以任意颠倒,其给药和理疗的效果不变,这里不另绘图表示了。
在工作中电热块〔24〕的温度一般可调在30~80℃之间;电磁场脉动频率可调在0~10Hz;磁场方向可以上下(相对患处而言)改变SN极;磁场强度可调在300~2500GS。
装置中所述的电热块〔24〕是参照面市的电热褥原理制作而成的。还可以用由橡胶或塑料渗入一定量的导电微粒,如:碳黑、金属细粉制取的导电聚合物制作而成。其方法和结构参照图四,在片状的导电聚合物〔36〕的两面各引出一根导线〔35〕,外加绝缘布〔37〕绝缘,导线〔35〕与供电器〔7〕接通,工作时同样起到加热的作用,同时达到最高额定温度时可以自动关闭,当温度下降到一定程度时又可以继续加热。
装置中的布套〔26〕、药袋〔10〕、吸附片〔11〕、辐射袋〔25〕(除辐射微粒外)、电热块〔24〕(除电热丝外)、电磁块〔17〕(除磁芯线圈外),都用软性材料制成。
本实用新型实现了药疗、理疗的合理综合,主要对风湿关节炎、体内组织损伤、神经疼痛等病症的治疗,对于中老年人的保健更为适应。
本实用新型成本低,工艺简单,原材料易得,适合于中小企业制造,也适合家庭制造。
Claims (5)
1、一种由供电器[7]、电热块[24]组成的给药理疗装置,其特征是:该装置的医疗套[1]是由一个药袋[10]与布套[26]连接,布套[26]内底层放有辐射袋[25],辐射袋与电热块[24]连接,电热块与电磁块[17]连接,布套[26]顶面由拉链[22]封合,布套[26]的上面两端各有一条固紧带[2],在布套内辐射袋[25]、电热块[24]、电磁块[17]的组装顺序可以任意颠倒。
2、根据权利要求1所述的给药理疗装置,其特征是:药袋〔10〕内装有一块吸附片〔11〕。
3、根据权利要求1所述的给药理疗装置,其特征是:辐射袋〔25〕内装有铁、锌、锰、铜、碘、硒、锗等元素及其络合物制成的微粒。
4、根据权利要求1所述的给药理疗装置,其特征是:电热块〔24〕可以用导电聚合物制成,其结构是:在片状的导电聚合物〔36〕的两面各引出一根导线〔35〕,外加绝缘布〔37〕绝缘,导线〔35〕与供电器电缆〔4〕接通。
5、根据权利要求1所述的给药理疗装置,其特征是:电磁块〔17〕是用带有许多小孔的定位软片〔21〕,在每个小孔里装上一个带有磁芯的线圈〔20〕,线圈之间相互串联和并联后与电缆〔3〕接通,在定位软片〔21〕的上下面各缝有一块软压条〔18〕、〔23〕。
