Abstract

一种橡胶运输带电热硫化器,本实用新型是将已有的“发热元件装在硫化板外面”结构改为“发热元件装在硫化板内部”结构,并加一块水压板制成。当注水时水压板把压力均布传给硫化板。采用该电热硫化器,便于装卸、加热温度和压力都能准确控制,运输带接头断面厚薄均匀,传动平稳和能延长运输带的寿命。

Description

橡胶运输带电热硫化器
本发明属于橡胶运输带接头胶接设备。
据电力工业出版社在一九八二年出版的“橡胶运输带的胶接”一书中,现有的橡胶运输带接头胶接的电热硫化器,其加热方式,是把绕上电阻丝的磁套管放在硫化板表面,由硫化板的另一个面将热量传给橡胶运输带的接头部位。于是,如果硫化板厚度大,传热速度慢,损耗热量也多;硫化板厚度小,在加压过程中就会随着支撑梁(槽钢)产生变形(挠度),胶接后的橡胶运输带接头断面易出现中间厚,边缘薄的现象,影响传动平稳和橡胶运输带的寿命。
本发明的目的在于制造出一种新的电热硫化器,该硫化器选用二块轻质合金作为加压板兼硫化板用,发热源装在硫化板内部,热量可迅速均匀地传到运输带接头上。在下梁组和下硫化板之间装有一块水压板,该水压板是由一块合金属板和弹性板复合而成,周边密封,边缘有一个接水管的孔通往金属板和弹性板的夹缝。通过水泵供水给水压板,当水注满了水压板中的金属板和弹性板之间的夹缝时,弹性板开始膨胀并均布地给硫化板加压,在加压时迫使硫化板的形变来弥补上下梁组受力时新产生的挠度,消除了梁因受力时出现挠度影响接头胶接后中间厚两边薄的情况。
本发明与现有技术比较,加热温度准确,加压均匀,使胶带获得厚簿一致的接头,具有操作简单、装卸方便、利于搬运的优点。
本发明配备手压水泵、控制箱和热电偶。加热温度通过热电偶的信号反馈到控制箱,使控制箱自动控制加热温度和加热时间,手压水泵的水压力通过水压板均匀传到硫化板上。

本发明由上梁组〔1〕、下梁组〔2〕、螺母〔3〕、垫板〔4〕、螺栓〔5〕、上硫化板〔6〕、下硫化板〔7〕和水压板〔8〕组成的电热硫化器。其上硫化板〔6〕和下硫化板〔7〕均开有横向凹槽〔18〕及纵向凹槽〔19〕,通电导线〔17〕放在横向凹槽〔18〕内与纵向凹槽内的各发热片〔14〕并联,要绝缘的地方用云母片隔离。不锈钢槽〔20〕放置在纵向凹槽〔19〕内,中间放上发热片〔14〕,上下放有不锈钢板〔21〕,在发热片和不锈钢板之间放入云母片〔15〕,凹槽的纵向间格距离放上填充料〔13〕以稳定槽内各元件的位置。当发热片接通电源后,热能可迅速传给硫化板上,
致使运输带的接头受热产生硫化作用,加热的温度由热电偶受热时孔〔22〕的导线反馈电信号通过控制箱来控制,当达到硫化温度145℃时自动断电,而低于145℃时又自动通电,如此反复,到达选定的加热时间后自动断电并发出鸣叫信号。
本发明的实施例和操作过程:
把水压板〔8〕放到下梁组〔2〕上面,下硫化板〔7〕放置在水压板上,将运输带接头的部位铺在硫化板上,再放入硫化板〔6〕和上梁组〔1〕,用螺栓〔5〕连接上下梁组,拧紧螺母〔3〕,将两对电缆一端插入控制箱,一端插入孔〔9〕和孔〔10〕,把热电偶插入上下硫化板的孔〔22〕内,并通过导线与控制箱连接。再用水管一端连接水压板的孔〔11〕,另一端连接手压水泵,然后,摇动手压水泵往水压板中注水加压至78.4×104Pa时停止,即可通电加热。

Claims (2)

1、一种橡胶运输带电热硫化器,由上梁组、下梁组、上硫化板、下硫化板、水压板、螺栓、垫板和螺母组成,其中装在下梁组和下硫化板之间的水压板,由合金属板和弹性板复合而成,该电热硫化器的特征在于硫化板内开有容纳元件的凹槽,发热元件装在硫化板的凹槽内。
2、根据权利要求1.所述的电热硫化器,其特征在于凹槽间格中放有作为发热元件定位用的填充料。
