Abstract
本发明属卫生材料。以醋酸纤维代替天然棉花用于临床,不仅可取代药棉、脱脂棉、脱脂纱布、绷带,且具有不粘创面、易揭、无痛的特点,促进创面愈合,利用组织再生之功效。以再生人造纤维-醋酸纤维代替纯棉或以纯棉为主的复合敷料,不仅节省了资源,且免除了纯棉脱脂、敷料复合之工序。
Description
本发明涉及一种新的卫生材料,特别是以二醋酸纤维制成的医用不粘敷料。
传统的包扎创伤所用的敷料大多为纯棉制品。这不仅要消耗大量优质棉花,而且为使这些敷料吸收伤口水份及分泌物,均需作脱脂处理。通常的作法是将棉花或其它棉制敷料经碱液高温蒸煮、漂洗、干燥脱去棉脂而得到脱脂棉或脱脂纱布及绷带等敷料。在临床中所使用的这些棉制敷料,在给伤员创面包扎时,伤口创面的血浆或分泌物渗出液被敷料吸收,并在短时间内会干固硬化,使敷料和新生的肉芽粘连在一起,成为僵硬的板状物。这些板状物不仅压迫创面影响组织生长,尤其是在更换敷料时,更要破坏正在痊愈的伤口产生第二次创伤、给伤员增加了新的痛苦。
为了避免伤口与敷料粘连,一种复合敷料业已问世。如英国TJ·Smith and Nephew公司生产的商标为Airstrip的敷料。这是一种以脱脂棉复合某种半渗透塑料薄膜而制成的敷料。将半渗透膜直接覆盖伤口,外层是脱脂棉,伤口渗出液经半渗透膜被脱脂棉吸收,而半渗透膜则起到防止敷料与创面粘连的作用。
综上所述,无论是传统的纯棉敷料或复合敷料,都要消耗大量棉花,而且制成复合敷料加工工艺复杂,成本较高。
本发明的目的在于克服上述已有敷料存在的缺点,制成一种既不使用纯棉又不与创面粘连的医用敷料。
敷料是由纤维经过加工而制成,本发明的目的是通过选择适当的纤维来实现的。纤维分为天然纤维与化学纤维,而化学纤维又分为合成纤维与人造再生纤维。一般来说合成纤维吸湿率较低,不能满足作为敷料吸收分泌物及渗出液的需要。再生纤维是以含天然纤维素的木材、芦苇、棉短绒、甘蔗渣、棉秆、小麦秆等为原料制得浆粕经适当的化学处理而得到的人造纤维,其主要品种有粘胶纤维、醋酸纤维和铜氨纤维。这些纤维与棉相比,吸湿率不相上下,甚至高于棉,作为敷料可满足吸湿要求,经试验筛选,醋酸纤维具有与创面不粘的特性。
本发明所采用的醋酸纤维是由浆粕与醋酸、醋酐、在少量硫酸存在下酯化后所得到的二醋酸纤维素,为白色柔软、蓬松的丝状物,无味无毒、不刺激皮肤。其吸湿率或回潮率在20℃,65%相对湿度下为6-7%,与棉接近(棉为7%)。这种纤维可直接代替脱脂棉也可将其纺丝加工成所需规格的纱布。例如:21支、32支、42支或80支纱规格的平纹纱布,这种纱布可代替脱脂纱布包扎创面,将醋酸纤维不加粘合剂经机械络合、或抄合或其它方式制得各种适宜规格的无纺布。如规格为50克~80克/m2这些都可做为纸型纱布代替脱脂纱布用于创面敷料,也可按一定要求织成弹性绷带。如宽度为5cm~50cm。
以上用醋酸纤维制成的敷料称为医用不粘敷料,质检应符合卫生材料有关标准,使用方法与纯棉敷料相同。不粘纱布和纸型纱布(即无纺布)经北京市积水潭医院烧伤科对102例次烧伤创面临床应用,其中烧伤面积最大者为95%,临床观察认为,该纱布对深浅烧伤新鲜创面用后易揭不痛、肉芽创面不粘、易揭、不痛。北京协和医院皮肤科对114块创面临床应用,其中化脓性创面95块,浆液性创面19块,试验结果为:
1、纸型不粘纱布49个创面有46个与纱布不粘、易揭,3个有轻度粘连,其中尚有3例在纱布下留有一些隐性分泌物。
2、不粘纱布65个化脓性创面用不粘纱布换药均不粘、易揭、肉芽生长良好、无不适感。
本发明的医用不粘敷料,适用于灼伤、溃疡、脓肿和任何外伤的伤口。与现有的纯棉敷料或复合敷料相比,以再生纤维代替天然棉花,不仅可充分利用资源,而且避免了纯棉脱脂及敷料复合的繁琐工艺,同时又具有对伤口易揭、不粘、无痛之优点,有利创面愈合,促进组织再生之功效。
不粘纱布及弹性绷带采用常规方法,传统工艺、纺纱、织布制成产品。
纸型不粘纱布(无纺布)采用已有的机械热合或抄合(不加粘合剂)工艺制得成品。
为了加强本发明的不粘纱布的抗拉强度,减少织布期间出现的断头率,亦可将醋酸纤维材料与市售尼布纤维,按常规方法纺成皮芯型复合结构的纤维。
实施例1
以二醋酸纤维素为原料,按常规工艺纺纱、织布。可根据需要织成下列规格的医用不粘纱布。
实施例2
以二醋酸纤维素为原料,按常规工艺纺纱,织布,并根据需要制成下列规格的弹性绷带。
实施例3
以二醋酸纤维为原料,采用已有的机械热合或抄合(不加粘合剂)工艺制成纸型不粘纱布(无纺布)。其密度为50-80克/cm2。
Claims (6)
1.一种医用不粘敷料,其特征在于所说的敷料是由二醋酸纤维经加工或不经加工制成。
2.按照权利要求1敷料,其特征在于该敷料是由二醋酸纤维纺丝并织成21支、32支、42支或80支纱的平纹纱布。
3.按照权利要求1敷料,其特征在于该敷料是由二醋酸纤维经机械络合或抄合或其它方式制成的无纺布。
4.按照权利要求1敷料,其特征为所说的无纺布规格为50~80g/m2。
5.按照权利要求1敷料,其特征为该敷料是由二醋酸纤维纺丝并加工成弹性绷带。
6.按照权利要求1敷料,其特征在于弹性绷带宽度为5~50cm。
