Abstract

Description
本发明涉及真空包装微细粉末材料保温袋。保温袋至少由一块多层片料制成,每块片料又由可热焊塑料内层和外层以及中间金属层组成。
这种保温袋可以从日本专利申请号58-145678上了解到。生产这种保温袋,先是在大气压下把微细粉末(例如珍珠岩)装入一纸袋并用胶带封闭。纸袋能透气但漏不出粉末。封闭的纸袋放进不透气的可热焊软袋时,把这个组装好的袋子抽真空,并沿着软袋边缘采用热焊以封闭此袋同时保持内部的真空。这种可热焊的袋子是由多层层叠材料组成的,它包括一个不透气的金属层和一可热焊塑料的内层。构成保温袋的其它方法已经在意大利专利申请号21053A/84中说明了,用这些方法,将硅质微细粉末真空包装在有中间金属层(铝)和可热焊塑料内层的三层或更多层的可热焊包装袋内。
在所有这些已发明的包装袋中,组成包装袋的各层材料,包括良导热性金属(铝)层在内,其尺寸都是相同的。在热焊焊缝及其附近,两层金属层边缘靠得很近。这些保温袋用于冰箱,例如家用电冰箱时是嵌入到聚氨酯泡沫塑料中并与它一起构成冰箱绝热层的。袋子两侧面的温度是不同的,因为一面是朝着低温制冷箱,而另一面则朝着较暖的外界环境。已经发现从袋的一侧向另一侧有热泄漏,这是由于沿着边缘的两侧金属层靠近而造成的。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种改进了结构的保温袋,它起码能减轻上述的缺陷。
根据本发明所描述的这类保温袋,其特征在于金属层的尺寸小于其它层的尺寸,因而当袋中充填所述微细粉末材料时,袋子的两个主表面上有一个基本平行的部分,而金属层则完整的覆盖着上述主表面的平行部分。
每一金属层最好与其它塑料层相互固定,以防止金属层相对其它层的移动,特别是在袋子的制造过程便于插入装粉末的纸袋。金属层可用点焊等的方法固定。
体现本发明的一个实例包括两块沿其周边被封接起来的多层片料,每一金属层又有几个突出的小片以起到把金属层固定到其它层,以及相对其它层定位的作用。所述突出小片延伸到其它层的周边上。借助于小片确定金属层相对其它层的位置,然后沿着四周边把所有的层封接在一起,小片也被封装在其它塑料层之间。虽然现在两侧小片彼此紧靠并产生局部导热,引起热量损失和降低绝热性,但这种热泄漏非常少,金属层间定位、安装比较简易和便宜的优点足以弥补上述微量热损失的缺点。
体现本发明的另一个实例包括一块单一的多层片料,它被对半折起来并在其各自的自由周边封接在一起。其金属层在折叠处开一个缺口,以便使两个基本上平行的金属层在折迭处通过两个小窄条互相连接在一起,并使得远离折叠区的两侧金属层有若干接头小片,用来使该金属层和其它金属层相互固定,并起到定位作用,这些接头小片伸展到其它的层的周边上。本实例除了具有第一个实例的优点以外还具有仅用一块多层片料的优点。

图4是三层分别画的立体轮廓图,在中间金属层内标出了切割线,参照这些图,序号1表示的软保温袋是由两个形状相同的(例如方形的)叠放片料2A,2B组成,先沿着三个边沿把它们热焊起来,例如延着两个纵向边沿3,4和一个横向边沿5。在图1中,用斜线表示了袋子的边缘已密封住。序号6表示的第4个边缘仍敞着,以使装有硅质隔热微细粉末物质(例如珍珠岩)的封闭纸袋7能插入其中。该纸袋能透气而漏不出粉末。插入后,在真空条件下处理保温袋1,并用热焊沿着所述开口6封闭袋子1。在图1中,这道热焊缝也用斜线表示。
如上所述,袋1是由两块相同的片料2A和2B组成。这些多层片料包括聚乙烯内层8(例如50μ厚),中间铝层9(例如9μ厚)和聚脂外层10(例如12μ厚)。
中间金属层9(在图1中,其轮廓用虚线表示出)的尺寸小于另两个相邻的层8,10的尺寸并位于这两个层的中央,如图1所示。金属层的放置是这样的:用微细粉末装入保温袋时,除了4个小片用于确定金属层9相对另外两个层8,10的位置以外,金属层覆盖着袋子上基本是彼此平行部位的主要表面(见图2)小片9A是封装在层8和10的边缘之间的(见图3)。
在生产过程中,这些层是从各自的卷轴上展开的。图4表示展开了的部分层带。金属层带9的宽度小于其它层。在层中有着相等的矩形开口20。
沿着穿过开口20中间的X1X2X3…线切开层带,就得到带有小片9A的独立金属层片,如图1虚线所示。这些金属层片是用来制造由两块多层片组成的袋子的。
仅沿着X1,X3,(Xt1)…切割层带9,得到的层片包括位于中间的开口20以及自由边上的小片9A。把这样的金属层片封装于相应的可热焊塑料的内层和外层部分以后,将此组合好的多层片料对折起来,并把两个相对着的松散边缘(像图1的3和4)封接在一起。用这种方法得到的袋子仅在一端开着口用来插入装了微细粉末的纸袋,并且在折叠面处,通过两个小片9A组成的狭条部分使袋子两侧彼此联接。在这种情况下,保温袋仅用一块多层片料组成,同时也省去了一个边缘的密封操作。
Claims (4)
1、真空包装微细粉末材料的保温袋,包括至少一块多层片料,每块多层片料又包括可热焊塑料的内层和外层以及中间金属层,其特征在于此金属层的尺寸小于其它层的尺寸,当保温袋装上所述微细粉末材料时,在袋子两侧主表面彼此基本上平行的部位上,完全由金属层覆盖着。
2、按照权利要求1所述的保温袋,其特征在于每一金属层与其它塑料层相互固定。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的保温袋,包括两块其各自在四周边被封在一起的多层片料,其特征在于每一金属层包括把它们固定到其它层和相对其它层定位的小片,所述薄片伸展到其它层的周边上。
4、按照权利要求1或2所述的保温袋,包括一块单一的对半折起的多层片料,在它的周边上其松散的边缘被封接起来,其特征在于在折叠部位金属层上有一开口,以便使两个基本上平行的金属层在折迭处通过两个小窄条互相连接在一起,并使得远离折迭区的两侧金属层有若干接头小片,用来使该金属层和其它金属层相互固定,并起到定位作用,这些接头小片伸展到其它层的周边上。
