Abstract

一种螺旋形灯管荧光灯,它包括灯头(1)、外壳下盖(2)、外壳上盖(3)、螺旋形灯管(4)以及安置在外壳内腔的线路板(5)和相关元器件,其中螺旋形灯管的内含灯芯的灯管尾部为直管状。此种螺旋形灯管荧光灯的特征是:安置在外壳内腔的线路板外沿有两个孔(6),和相对应在外壳上盖端面外沿也有两个孔,用于插配连接螺旋形灯管的两直管状端头。并且插入外壳的灯管直管部分长度大于安置在外壳内腔的线路板与外壳上盖端面的距离,并可埋入灯管的直管部分。本实用新型缩短了一体化螺旋灯的长度,降低了外壳内的环境温度,提高了灯的工作效率,延长了荧光灯的使用寿命,并使在需要时灯座直径可小于灯管直径。也使该螺旋形灯管荧光灯更适合与各种灯具配合。

Description

螺旋形灯管荧光灯
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种螺旋形灯管荧光灯,特别是不仅使一种整灯长度进一步缩短,而且可使灯座直径小于螺旋形灯管直径的荧光灯。
背景技术
目前公知的螺旋形灯管荧光灯如附图7所示。这种结构虽未有国家标准,但在我国有大量生产,主要销往美国。这种螺旋形灯管荧光以灯管强度好、外观紧凑而美观、发热效率高等优点已获得市场的认可。然而,这种螺旋形灯管荧光灯仍有不足之处,靠近二引出端的内含灯芯的灯管尾部的直管部分使整灯长度增加了至少20厘米,且灯管越粗,尾部直管部分也越长,以致在整灯长度上螺旋形灯管荧光灯和其他灯相比没有优势。
另外,从附图7也可知,公知的螺旋形灯管荧光灯与其他的2U、3U等紧凑荧光灯一样,将工作温度很高的灯管尾端(封口端)埋进线路板底部,致使灯管底部受热而温度变高。由于外壳内气流不畅,加之热空气向上流动,致使线路板上电子元器件的环境温度大幅升高,元器件的工作可靠性随之下降,导致整灯使用寿命相应缩短。也有人为了克服以上不足而将灯管两端距离超过元件板而使其与常规灯具的配套出现问题,有时这种问题非常严重。2005年8月5日,我们提出了专利号为200520044105。3专利申请,其目的是将螺旋形灯管荧光灯的结构加以改进,安置在外壳内腔的线路板外沿有两个内向凹的孔,和相对应在外壳上盖端面外沿向下有两个带孔的托台,用于插配连接螺旋形灯管的两直管状端头。并且插入外壳的灯管直管部分长度可大于安置在外壳内腔的线路板与外壳下盖端面的距离。这样,在插入外壳的灯管直管部分的长度内放置了线路板,从而有效地缩短了整灯的长度,而且线路板该放置位置减弱了灯管尾部直管产生的热量对线路板上电子元器件的不良影响,有效降低元器件工作温度,从而提高其工作效率,最终延长荧光灯的寿命。但是这里仍然存在一个问题,那就是灯座客体的直径必然大于或等于螺旋灯管的直径。为了解决这一问题,使我们的产品更加紧凑和更具适应性,我们作了如下发明。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述技术问题,提供了这样一种螺旋形灯管荧光灯,它包括灯头(1)、外壳下盖(2)、外壳上盖(3)、螺旋形灯管(4)以及安置在外壳内腔的电子线路板(5),和其他相关元器件组成。其中螺旋形灯管的内含灯芯的灯管尾部为直管状。本发明在圆型水平线路板的外沿挖两个孔如图6,并相应在外壳上盖挖空,以便于螺旋灯管的直管部分完全插入。在解决了以上问题即灯座客体的直径可小于螺旋灯管的直径的同时,也减弱了灯管尾部直管部分产生的热量对线路板上电子元器件的不良影响,有效降低元器件工作温度,从而提高其工作效率,延长了荧光灯的寿命。

具体实施方式
按图1准备灯头(1)、外壳下盖(2)、外壳上盖(3)、螺旋形灯管(4),并按图6准备安置在外壳内腔的挖孔(6)的电子线路板(5),及其他相关元器件。如图6所示,螺旋形灯管内含灯芯的灯管尾部为直管状。在其他作常规连接的情况下,根据本发明的特点,将螺旋灯管的直管部分完全插入电子线路板的孔(6)内。

Claims (2)

1、一种螺旋形灯管荧光灯,它包括灯头(1)、外壳下盖(2)、外壳上盖(3)、螺旋形灯管(4)以及水平安置在外壳内腔的电子线路板(5),及相关元器件组成,其中螺旋形灯管的内含灯芯的灯管尾部为直管状,此种螺旋形灯管荧光灯的特征是:在外壳上盖(3)有两个与灯管相配套的孔,安置在外壳内腔的水平线路板外沿也有两个相应的孔(6)。
2、权利要求1所述的荧光灯,其特征在于插入外壳的灯管直管部分长度可大于安置在外壳内腔的线路板与外壳上盖端面的距离。
