Abstract
一种有带孔压板的四爪持骨器是有直手柄和弯手柄通过小轴连接成手钳状,钳部形成椭圆形半合抱式,各钳端部是以V字形分叉,形成四爪,在各个爪端又形成二尖头。在钳部中间有带孔压板与连杆T字形连接,受滑块与调节螺杆控制钳部四爪合抱的调节与固定由活动拉杆的蝶形螺母来实现。本实用新型给骨折复位手术,提供便利条件,省时、省力,减少手术中暴露时间,使手术更加完美。本实用新型医疗器械企业都能投产,经济效益好。

技术领域:
本实用新型是属维持外科骨折临时稳定的医疗器械。
背景技术:
在临床骨科开放复位内固定手术中,持骨器是必备的手术器械,在治疗四肢管状骨干骨折的过程中,要采用切开复位、临时固定、折切开复位钢板螺钉或髓内钉内固定三个步骤,而使用一个临时稳定器械来维持复位后骨折端的稳定性,关系到手术成败。长期以来,骨科医生通常使用的都是三爪持骨器,狮嘴钳等器械来完成临时固定,根据BO理论,骨折的复位固定需达到稳定与局部软组织完整之间的平衡,使用三爪持骨器时,由于过分剥骨膜,甚至损伤其滋养动脉,使骨折局部血运的损伤加重,导致骨折不愈合、延迟愈合及死骨形成的发生率增加,给患者带来很大的损伤,造成极大的痛苦,狮嘴钳等其他骨折复位钳也同样具有上述弊病,并且只能维持骨折一个面的稳定,不能完全达到骨折解剖复位的要求,故需改进。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是使用有带孔压板的四爪持骨器,对复位后的骨折端临时稳定,使骨折达到解剖复位的要求,并减少对骨折端血运的损伤,为钢板螺钉或髓内钉的植入提供技术支持。
本实用新型的技术方案如图1所示,由直手柄1与弯手柄2通过小轴连接成手钳状,直手柄1与弯手柄2的钳部是形成椭圆形半合抱式的,各钳端部以V字形分叉,形成弧形四爪,在各个爪端又形成二尖头,总的形成纵向排列的8个尖头点。在椭圆形半合抱式钳部中间有带孔压板3,带孔压板3与连杆4成T字形万向连接,连杆4穿过固定在直手柄1上的连杆座5后固定在滑块6的一端,滑块6底部凸出与直手柄1的表面滑槽配合,滑块6的另一端与调节螺杆7连接,调节螺杆7是穿过固定在直手柄1的调节螺杆座8,其悬端用来进行调节,直手柄1与弯手柄2两手柄之间上部安有两弹簧片连接,使两手柄间有一定弹力保持位置,下部有活动拉杆9,活动拉杆9的一端通过万向接头固定在直手柄1上,另一端穿过弯手柄2由蝶形螺母10连接,用以调节与固定钳端合抱状态。
当在手术中使用时,固定了合抱位置后,调节调节螺杆7,使带孔压板3慢慢向前压紧到需手术部位,当到位后,可以进行钻孔植入螺钉等。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型按上述方案进行实施,在钳端部半合抱式的椭圆形其长轴是30~50毫米,短轴是20~30毫米,V字形分叉的两爪间距离是30~45毫米。
根据实际需要制成系列,供手术使用。带孔压板3是采用≠1×10×30(毫米)板材,长度方向的两端开有长10毫米宽8毫米的方孔,带孔压板3与连杆4是活动连接的,可以自由转动角度,满足手术需要。
本实用新型实现了四爪八点的持骨,加上带孔压板的压持,达到骨折复位后临时稳定的要求,为植入内固定物提供便利条件,同时使骨折局部血运的损伤减少到最低限度。省时、省力、减少手术中的暴露时间,使手术更加完美。
本实用新型结构简单、操作方便,是骨折手术中较好的器械。医疗器械企业都能投产,经济效益好。

1、一种有带孔压板的四爪持骨器,其特征是由直手柄(1)与弯手柄(2)通过小轴连接成手钳状,直手柄(1)与弯手柄(2)的钳部是形成椭圆形半合抱式的,各钳端部是以V字形分叉形成弧形四爪,各个爪端又形成二尖头,总的形成纵向排列的8个尖头点,在椭圆形半合抱式钳部中间有带孔压板(3),带孔压板(3)与连杆(4)成T字形万向连接,连杆(4)是穿过固定在直手柄(1)的连杆座(5)后固定在滑块(6)的一端,滑块(6)底部凸出与直手柄(1)的表面滑槽配合,滑块(6)的另一端与调节螺杆(7)连接,调节螺杆(7)穿过固定在直手柄(1)的调节螺杆座(8),其悬端用来进行调节,直手柄(1)与弯手柄(2)、两手柄之间上部安有两弹簧片连接,下部有活动拉杆(9),活动拉杆(9)的一端通过万向接头固定在直手柄(1)上,另一端穿过弯手柄(2)由蝶形螺母(10)连接。
