Abstract

本实用新型是一种具有不同高低螺牙之三线螺纹双头固定螺丝,其主要于一螺丝上设有一可供锁紧用的多边形凸缘(或内多边形孔),且该螺丝的上、下段分别设有两段不同螺纹规格的螺杆,其中一螺杆上具有至少三线等分布列的螺纹,使每一导程为螺距的三倍,并令每一线螺纹的螺牙其牙高为不相同尺寸,当该段螺杆锁入墙板施工孔内时,因螺杆上的多线螺纹呈等分布列,所以能有效发挥平衡作用,以维持紧锁稳定而不偏移;另外,因各线螺纹之螺牙其牙高尺寸为不相等,所以当螺牙锁入施工孔时,会具有凝聚所排挤的水泥残屑,以产生更大锁紧效果,且因没有膨胀现象发生,所以不会造成墙板破裂,还能缩短施工孔间的间距,有效增加单位面积内可钉入的施工孔数。

具有不同高低螺牙之三线螺纹双头固定螺丝
技术领域
本实用新型是一种具有不同高低螺牙之三条螺纹双头固定螺丝,特别是一种适用于在水泥墙板(或其他建材墙板)上锁入固定于施工孔内的双头固定螺丝。
背景技术
首先请参阅图1,按一般水泥墙板1(或其他建材墙板)钉结挂设物件,必需借助于膨胀螺丝2的锁结固定于施工孔11内,才能利用螺栓21提供物件的锁结挂设,这在施工上有以下缺点:
1.膨胀螺丝2的固定方式,主要利用拉钉工具拉移螺栓21,使螺栓21前端的锥状头211迫使钉座22变形膨胀,使之卡结固定于施工孔11内,由于膨胀过程往往造成水泥墙板的破裂,这是此种膨胀螺丝使用上的最大缺点。
2.膨胀螺丝2的安装必需借助特殊的拉钉工具才能实现,这就增加了施工上的不便。
3.膨胀螺丝2一旦装上固结于施工孔11后,将来如欲拆卸,将十分耗费工时。
4.由于膨胀螺丝2锁入施工孔11时易因膨胀作用造成水泥墙或施工孔周缘的破裂,所以施工孔间的间距必须保持较大间距,尤其是墙角边际,因此单位面积内可钉入的施工孔数有限,影响了墙板间的联结强度,也限制了可挂结物件的数量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是为了克服上述膨胀螺丝的缺点而设计一种具有不同高低螺牙之三线螺纹双头固定螺丝。
本实用新型主要是在一螺丝上设有一供锁紧用的多边形凸缘(或内多边形孔),且该螺丝的上、下段分别设有两段不同螺纹规格的螺杆,使其中一螺杆上具有至少三线等分布列的螺纹,所以能维持紧锁稳定不偏移,并使每一线螺纹的螺牙其牙高为不相同尺寸,使其具有凝聚所排挤的水泥残屑,以产生更大锁紧效果,又因没有膨胀现象的发生,所以不会造成墙板破裂,能缩短施工孔间的间距,减少墙角边际不能锁结螺丝的面积,有效增加单位面积内可钉入的施工孔数,拆卸时也相当简便容易,有利于施工的进行。

具体实施方式
如图2、图3所示,本实用新型主要是在一螺丝3上设有一可供锁紧用的多边形凸缘31(此凸缘用一般扳手挟持即可作锁紧旋转操作),并在该螺丝3的上、下段分别设有两段不同螺纹规格的螺杆32、33,而该多边形凸缘31可位于两螺杆32、33间,并令其中一螺杆33具有三线等分布列的螺纹331、332、333(该螺纹的条数可为三线或五线等数目),使每一导程(Lead)为螺距(Pitch)的三倍[在此指三线螺纹(Triple Thread)],并令每一线螺纹331、332、333的螺牙3310、3320、3330其牙高[又称螺纹深度(Depth of Thread)]h1、h2、h3为不相同的尺寸,故当该段螺杆33锁入水泥墙板1的施工孔11内时(如图5所示),因螺杆33上的三线螺纹331、332、333呈等分布列(在此以三线螺纹等分布列为例说明,请对照图4所示),其中每线螺纹331、332、333呈120°间隔分布,其横断面的截面上具有三个等分的螺纹切入线,所以能发挥平衡作用,以维持稳定不偏移;另外,各线螺纹331、332、333的螺牙3310、3320、3330其牙高分别为h3、h2、h1的尺寸互不相同,所以螺牙3310、3320、3330锁入施工孔11时(一般施工孔11所钻设的孔径D1,其尺寸约在螺杆33的小径D与最短牙高h1的外径间,即D<D1<D十2h1=,会凝聚所排挤水泥残屑,以产生更大锁紧效果,又因没有膨胀现象发生,所以不会造成墙板破裂,能缩短施工孔间的间距,减少墙角边际不能锁结螺丝的面积,有效增加了单位面积内可钉入的施工孔数,而将来如欲拆卸螺丝时亦较容易,有利于施工的进行。
图6,图7所示的是本实用新型另一具体实施例(一),其中螺丝4的上、下段分别设有两段不同螺纹规格的螺杆42、43,其中一螺杆43具有三线螺纹,且其各线螺纹的牙高为不同尺寸(这与图2所示的实施例相同),只是该可供锁紧用的多边形凸缘41是设于另一螺杆42(指外露于施工孔外的螺杆)的顶端(该多边形凸缘41的外径小于螺杆42直径,才能使外加物件不受多边形凸缘41的阻碍,才能与该螺杆42锁结)。
图8、图9所示的是本实用新型又一具体实施例(二),其中螺丝5的上、下段分别接设有两段不同螺纹规格的螺杆52、53,其中一螺杆53具有三线螺纹,且各线螺纹的牙高为不同尺寸(这与图2所示的实施例相同),只是该可供锁紧用的部位是由多边形凸缘改为一内多边形孔51,设于另一螺杆52(指外露于施工孔外的螺杆)的顶端,而该多边形孔51可提供一内角板手作锁紧操作。
综上所述,本实用新型无需利用特殊的拉钉工具,即可用一般板手进行锁紧操作,且螺丝锁紧时稳定不偏移,又具有凝聚水泥残屑,可产生更大锁紧效果,同时因没有膨胀现象发生,所以不会造成墙板破裂,而拆卸时也相当简便容易,所以本实用新型具有实用、进步等效益。

Claims (4)

1一种具有不同高低螺牙之三线螺纹双头固定螺丝,主要是在一螺丝上设有一可供锁紧用的多边形凸缘,在该螺丝的上、下段分别设有两段不同螺纹规格的螺杆,其特征在于:其中一螺杆具有至少三线等分布列的螺纹,而每一线螺纹其螺牙的牙高尺寸为不相等。
2、根据权利要求1所述的具有不同高低螺牙之三线螺纹双头固定螺丝,其特征在于:所述多边形凸缘可设于螺丝的中段,使其介于二螺杆之间的位置上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的具有不同高低螺牙之三线螺纹双头固定螺丝,其特征在于:所述多边形凸缘可设在一外露于施工孔外的螺杆的顶端。
4、根据权利要求1所述的具有不同高低螺牙之三线螺纹双头固定螺丝,其特征在于:所述外露于施工孔外的螺杆其顶端可设一内多边形孔,以供内角扳手锁紧操作用,该内多边形可代替多边形凸缘。
