Abstract

一种散射彩色光的发光管灯,由带有光源的灯头(3)的支柱(2)构成,所述灯头(3)至少包括一发光管,或导光板,由微型发光管组成更佳,结合滤色镜(20)至少适当柔和部分光的色彩,灯头(3)至少有一部分是透光的,便于彩色光散射,达到使用灯光装饰的目的。

Description

散射彩色光的发光管灯
本实用新型涉及一种发光管灯,尤其是涉及一种灯头透光的散射彩色光的发光管灯。
使用散射彩色的灯光装饰室内环境早为人们所知,但所谓带有光源的支柱灯却不尽人意。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种散射彩色光的发光管灯,不仅光照宜人而且也美化环境。
本实用新型再一目的是提供至少有二种彩色光的灯。
本实用新型还有一目的是所提供的灯具有低能耗和较易实现低成本。
诸多目的显然需专有技术方能达到,这就是:
一种散射彩色光的发光管灯,由带有光源的灯头的支柱构成,所述灯头至少部分透光,所述光源至少由一发光管或导光板组成,由微型发光管组成更佳,至少二种色彩的光源于灯头;在所述导光板的对面设有散射部分彩色光的滤色镜;至少还设有散射彩色光的一第二导光板;第二导光板散射源于第一导光板的不同的光;散射同色光的第二导光板的光由第一导光板散射,过滤和柔和所述散射光的滤色镜与上述二导光板其中之一相配合;所述第一导光板与平面支持件的第一面结合,所述第二导光板与其第二面结合;所述一第一导光板是第一多数导光板与平面支持件的第一面相结合的一部分,所述一第二导光板是第二多数导光板与其第二面相结合的一部分;所述滤色镜设置在平面支持件的第二面的相对面;所述所述滤色镜和平面支持件固设在透光的灯头的内腔内;所述内腔具有点缀钻石的内壁并与透光的罩体密合;所述支柱是中空的柱,在其中设有电源其中空开放的一端设有密合装置;
借此上述构造,所述的诸多目的逐一达到,所述的散射彩色光的发光管灯不仅光照宜人而且也美化环境,至少所提供的二种彩色光具有低能耗和低成本的优点。
为更好理解本实用新型,通过以下附图对实施例作更详细的说明,其中:
图1是本实用新型的总剖视图;
图2是图1的局部放大图;
图3是图1的灯顶部装配关系图。
请参考图1、2和3,本实用新型的散射彩色光的发光管1由支柱2和灯头3组成,灯头3散色光,灯头3安置在支柱2的顶端,支柱2底端是基座4。
支柱2是中空8的柱,在开放的中空8靠近基座4的一端设有密合装置9,可以是螺旋密合装置。中空8特别适合容纳一组或更多的电池(图中未示出),供应至少灯头3的一处光源S。电池组提供电能(或另外能源装置)转变为光源,通过常规导体(图中未示出)置于支柱2于灯头3之间,例如至少一组导体在空腔11处,该空腔11在空腔8的上方,该空腔11动配合形成支柱2的末端12,末端12动配合形成灯头3的末端14,并连接末端12。灯头3在支柱2上转动,事实上这种配合的连接方式只发生在所述灯头3转动在支柱2的特定位置。
显然,灯头3的光源用电有多种形式,由电网供电或电池供电,采用阻断手段能够通断电源。
如图所示,光源S包括多数个灯管,导光板15和16与平面支持件19的第一面17、第二面18相配合,图中未示出用电的连接方式,导光板15和16可由多种方式与平面支持件19通电配合,如用电线或印刷电路,导光板15和16可以是微型发光管产生的单色光,或导光板15发单色光,而导光板16发不同色彩的光。滤色镜20置于导光板16前面,产生滤色过的光,适宜地柔和光的色彩。
滤色镜20和平面支持件19装置在灯头3的内腔22中可用粘靠方式连接,平面支持件19采用电导体(图中未示出)经区域23、24与灯头3连接。
空腔22具有点缀钻石或棱柱的内壁22A,适宜散射通过灯头3的光,其罩盖27(也是主要透光部)至少透出部分光,安装在空腔22的上方与灯头3连接,如可用小螺钉连接。
由于特别宜人的光源S和滤色镜20使灯头3的光向不同方向以不同色彩散射。如导光板15在灯头3的上部发出白光,而导光板16在灯头下部经滤色镜20发出蓝光。
显然,不可否认不同色彩的导光板15和16作为光源S是为获取来自于灯头3不同部分的不同色彩的光。另外单个导光板15和16设置在滤色镜20前以同一方式滤色其获取的部分色彩的光。

Claims (13)

1.散射彩色光的发光管灯,由带有光源的灯头(3)的支柱(2)构成,所述灯头(3)至少部分透光,其特征在于所述光源(S)至少由一发光管或导光板(15,16)组成,由微型发光管组成更佳,至少二种色彩的光源于灯头(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的散射彩色光的发光管灯,其特征在于在所述导光板(15,16)的对面设有散射部分彩色光的滤色镜(20)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的散射彩色光的发光管灯,其特征在于至少还设有散射彩色光的一第二导光板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的散射彩色光的发光管灯,其特征在于第二导光板16散射源于第一导光板15的不同的光。
5.根据权利要求3所述的散射彩色光的发光管灯,其特征在于散射同色光的第二导光板的光由第一导光板散射,过滤和柔和所述散射光的滤色镜(20)与上述二导光板其中之一相配合。
6.根据权利要求3所述的散射彩色光的发光管灯,其特征在于所述第一导光板(15)与平面支持件(19)的第一面(17)结合,所述第二导光板(16)与其第二面(18)结合。
7.  根据权利要求6所述的散射彩色光的发光管灯,其特征在于所述第一导光板(15)是第一多数导光板与平面支持件(19)的第一面(17)相结合的一部分,所述第二导光板(16)是第二多数导光板与其第二面(18)相结合的一部分。
8.根据权利要求7所述的散射彩色光的发光管灯,其特征在于所述滤色镜(20)设置在平面支持件(19)的第二面(18)的相对面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的散射彩色光的发光管灯,其特征在于所述滤色镜(20)和平面支持件(19)固设在透光的灯头(3)的内腔(22)内。
10.根据权利要求9所述的散射彩色光的发光管灯,其特征在于所述内腔(22)具有点缀钻石的内壁(22A)。
11.根据权利要求9所述的散射彩色光的发光管灯,其特征在于所述内腔(22)与透光的罩体(27)密合。
12.根据权利要求1所述的散射彩色光的发光管灯,其特征在于所述支柱(2)是中空(8)的柱,在其中设有电源。
13.根据权利要求1所述的散射彩色光的发光管灯,其特征在于所述支柱(2)的中空(8)开放的一端设有密合装置(9)。
