Abstract

简易电压力锅,包括压力锅胆,压力锅盖,电热元件,其特征在于:设有探针式控温器(3),探针式控温器里设有带温度传感元件的温控开关电路,并与外接电源线(15)电连接,电热元件(7)与压力锅胆底部焊接连接,电热元件的两平行引出端头(14)之间设有导向孔(11),探针式控温器(3)一端设有探针(13)和电源插口(12),温度传感元件装在探针(13)内,本实用新型传热快,热效率高,结构简单,造价低,使用寿命长,清洗方便。

Description

简易电压力锅
本实用新型属一种电压力锅。
现有的电压力锅均设有壳体，装在壳体内的压力锅胆，压力锅胆置于设有电热元件的电热盘上，温控开关电路装在壳体夹层内。其不足之处是：结构复杂，体积大，成本高，而且这种电热盘与锅胆分离的结构对电热盘及锅胆接触面的要求较高，如果二者配合不好，就会降低热传导效率，此外壳体内的高温会影响温控开关电路的使用寿命。
本实用新型旨在提供一种结构简单、体积小、成本低，热传导效率高、使用寿命长的简易电压力锅。
实现上述目的的技术方案是(参见实施例图)：本实用新型包括压力锅胆(2)，带卸压阀、安全阀的压力锅盖(1)，电热元件(7)，其特征在于：设有探针式控温器(3)，该探针式控温器内设有能控制电热元件通断的带温度传感元件的温控开关电路，并与外接电源线(15)电连接，所述的电热元件(7)与压力锅胆底部焊接连接，电热元件的两平行引出端头(14)之间设有带感温片的导向孔(11)，探针式控温器(3)一端设有可插入压力锅胆底部导向孔(11)的探针(13)，该端还设有与探针平行的、随着探针的插入可与电热元件两平行引出端头电连接的电源插口(12)，所述温控开关电路的温度传感元件装在探针(13)内，压力锅胆底部设有支脚(4)。
本实用新型的使用方法是：将探针式控温器插入压力锅胆底部的导向孔，同时其上的电源插孔与电热元件的平行引出端头电连接，装在探针内的温度传感元件从导向孔的感温片得到温度信号即通过探针式控温器里的温控开关电路控制电热元件回路的通断，焊接在压力锅胆底部的电热元件可直接与压力锅胆进行热交换。
本实用新型的探针式控温器可以减少锅体高温对温控开关电路的影响，从而延长探针式控温器里的温控开关电路的使用寿命；电热元件直接焊接在压力锅胆底部，传热快，热效率高，而且结构简单，造价低，本电压力锅可用煎、炸、蒸、煮多种方式烹调食物，拔下探针后还可整体放入水中清洗，使用方便。

实施例说明：
本例的电热元件7为

形电热管，电热管通过其平面外壁与压力锅胆底部焊接连接，压力锅胆底部设有高于电热管的支撑柱6，支脚4通过螺钉与支撑柱6连接。电热管与锅胆底部面接触焊接可进一步提高热传导效率。
本例在电热管两平行引出端头14之间设有感温片10，所述的导向孔11设置在感温片上。
探针式控温器内设置的温控开关电路与穿过壳体的外接电源线15电连接，探针式控温器3一端设有能插入导向孔11的探针13，探针两侧设有与其平行的电源插口12。
本例探针式控温器内的温控开关电路为单片机数控电路，在探针式控温器外壳上设有单片机数控电路的控制按钮16和液晶显示器17。
本例温控开关电路由具有模糊逻辑控制功能的单片机电路组成，单片机采用GMS81504集成电路，其输入端5、7脚所接的温度检测电路中的温度传感元件RT装在探针13内。
单片机输入端接的复位按钮K7及其它功能选择键17设置在探针式控温器壳体上，单片机输出端接的液晶显示器17设置在探针式控温器壳体上，这样便于观察和操作使用。

Claims (5)

1、简易电压力锅，包括压力锅胆(2)，带卸压阀、安全阀的压力锅盖(1)，电热元件(7)，其特征在于：设有探针式控温器(3)，该探针式控温器里设有能控制电热元件通断的带温度传感元件的温控开关电路，并与外接电源线(15)电连接，所述的电热元件(7)与压力锅胆底部焊接连接，电热元件的两平行引出端头(14)之间设有带感温片的导向孔(11)，探针式控温器(3)一端设有可插入压力锅胆底部导向孔(11)的探针(13)，该端还设有与探针平行的、随着探针的插入可与电热元件两平行引出端头电连接的电源插口(12)，所述温控开关电路的温度传感元件装在探针(13)内，压力锅胆底部设有支脚(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的简易电压力锅，其特征在于：所述的电热元件(7)为

3、根据权利要求1或2所述的简易电压力锅，其特征在于：所述的压力锅胆底部设有高于电热管的支撑柱(6)，支脚(4)通过螺钉与支撑柱(6)连接，所述电热管两平行引出端头(14)之间设有感温片(10)，导向孔(11)设置在感温片上。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的简易电压力锅，其特征在于：所述探针式控温器内的温控开关电路为单片机数控电路，在探针式控温器外壳上设有单片机数控电路的控制按钮(16)和液晶显示器(17)。
5、根据权利要求3所述的简易电压力锅，其特征在于：所述探针式控温器内的温控开关电路为单片机数控电路，在探针式控温器外壳上设有单片机数控电路的控制按钮(16)和液晶显示器(17)。
