Abstract

本实用新型提供一种全新结构的纯滚动轴承,特别是一种无保持架的无滑动摩擦的纯滚动轴承,用以替换带保持架的具有滑动摩擦的现有滚动轴承。它由内圈、外圈、滚动体、定位滚动体以及定位环组成,消除了现有滚动轴承由于用保持架进行空间定位而产生的滑动摩擦,从而显著地减少了阻力,降低了能耗和噪音,提高了极限转速和使用寿命,可以使使用该轴承的机械、动力设备的精度和可靠性得到明显提高。

Description

纯滚动轴承
本发明涉及一种新的滚动轴承,特别是一种无滑动摩擦的滚动轴承。
现有的滚动轴承主要由内外套圈,滚动体和保持架所组成。为了滚动体相互之间以及滚动体在轴承中的相对定位,现有的滚动轴承都具有保持架装置,这种保持架不管它的结构采取什么样的形式,不管它使用什么样的材质和光洁度,都是通过滑动摩擦来制约高速运动的滚动体。而这种滑动摩擦阻力对于轴承性能和寿命的影响是至关重要的。这种滚动体与保持架之间的相对滑动摩擦使轴承在运转中,特别是在高速和超高速运转时产生一系列的问题,如润滑很困难;轴承的温升提高;噪声大;滚动体和保持架在高温高速条件下,应力会急剧增加,其结果导致轴承损坏,而滚动摩擦阻力在轴承中相对其中的滑动摩擦阻力而言是微不足道的。这种滑动摩擦的存在也使得滚动轴承的承载能力大大减小。在高速运转条件下滚动体和保持架之间由于离心力的作用而产生的滑动摩擦力急剧增加,摩擦应力集中也可导致轴承的迅速破坏。因此,滚动轴承的极限速度的提高也受到这种滑动摩擦力很大的限制。
本发明的目的是要提供一种新的滚动轴承,它取消了通常的保持架,用滚动约束代替了滑动约束。
本发明是这样完成的,在相邻滚动体与滚动体之间沿周向位置装上一个定位滚动体,该定位滚动体同时保证相邻滚动体之间的周向间隔距离以及限制滚动体在轴承中的轴向位置,该定位滚动体的轴向定位和径向定位是通过定位滚动体两自由端的园弧滑道上的定位环完成。定位环与滑道的接触是点接触,而定位滚动体和滚动体的接触也是点接触。定位滚动体在轴承使用中是运动的,一方面进行自转,一方面围绕轴承轴公转。滚动体与定位滚动体接触点的相对速度差为零,而定位滚动体与定位环的接触点的相对速度差也为零,因此该运动都属于纯滚动,而不存在相对滑动摩擦,是名符其实的“纯滚动轴承”。本发明加工安装方便,容易推广实施。
本发明给出以下的实施例及其附图并作进一步详细描述:
图1是本发明一种具体结构的示意图。
在每相邻滚动体[1]与滚动体之间沿周向位置都装上一个定位滚动体[2],该定位滚动体同时保证相邻滚动体之间的周向间隔距离以及限制滚动体在轴承中的轴向位置。而该定位滚动体的轴向定位和径向定位是通过定位滚动体两头自由端的园弧滑道[5]上的定位环[6]完成。定位环[6]与滑道[5]、定位滚动体[2]与滚动体[1]以及滚动体[1]与轴承内圈[3]和外圈[4]的接触都是点接触,并且在所有这些接触点的两物体相对速度差都为零。因此,该轴承属于纯滚动轴承。
为了安装和加工的便利,该定位滚动体可以做成分体的,并通过过盈配合等方式在装配时组合起来。

Claims (7)

1.一种纯滚动轴承,包括一内圈(3)、一外圈(4)以及设置在内圈(3)和外圈(4)之间的若干个滚动体(1),其特征在于,它还包括设置在每两个相邻滚动体(1)之间并与它们滚动接触的定位滚动体(2),以及设置在定位滚动体(2)两端的滑道(5)上并与之滚动接触的定位环(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的轴承,其特征在于,所述定位滚动体(2)是整体式的。
3.如权利要求1所述的轴承,其特征在于,所述定位滚动体(2)是分体式的。
4.如权利要求1所述的轴承,其特征在于,所述定位滚动体(2)两端的滑道(5)横截面可以做成凹形或凸形。
5.如权利要求1所述的轴承,其特征在于,所述定位环(6)的横截面可以做成凸形或凹形,以便与定位滚动体(2)的滑道(5)相配合作滚动接触定位。
6.如权利要求4所述的轴承,其特征在于,所述定位滚动体(2)两端的滑道(5)以及定位滚动体(2)与滚动体(1)滚动接触的中间滑道的横截面形状可以是V字形、圆弧形或沟槽形。
7.如权利要求1所述的轴承,其特征在于,所述内圈(3)和外圈(4)的滚道横截面可以做成圆弧形,V字形或沟槽形。
