Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种离心风机蜗壳。蜗壳(1)的内壁型线及蜗舌(2)相对于叶轮的旋转中心线向外倾斜,也可以是蜗壳(1)的内壁型线与叶轮的旋转中心线平行,仅蜗舌(2)部分相对于叶轮的旋转中心线向外倾斜,倾斜角度范围为2°～20°。本实用新型在风量有所提高或没有降低的情况下可降低风机噪声。

Description

离心风机蜗壳
本实用新型涉及一种离心风机蜗壳。
离心风机内蜗壳的作用是将离开叶轮的气体集中、导流，并将气体的部分动能扩压转变为静压，传统离心风机的蜗壳内壁型面与叶轮轴线平行，旋转的叶轮与静止蜗壳之间的间隙沿叶轮轴线方向没有变化，同时在任一固定的圆周位置上，叶片与蜗壳内壁型面的水平距离均相等，蜗壳舌部的半径沿轴向方向没有变化。叶轮旋转时，由于叶轮与蜗舌之间的非定常干涉及叶片周期性地通过叶轮与蜗舌的最小间隙就产生了一种回转噪声，又由于叶轮与蜗舌之间的最小间隙在整个轴线方向上相等就使得相同频率的噪声叠加而产生谐振峰值噪声，导致旋转噪声相对较高，成为多翼离心风机的一种主要噪声。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种在风量有所提高或没有降低的情况下降低风机噪声的多翼离心风机蜗壳。
本实用新型是这样实现的，该离心风机蜗壳的内壁型线及蜗舌均相对叶轮的旋转中心线向外倾斜，或者蜗壳的内壁型线与叶轮的旋转中心线平行，仅蜗舌部分向外倾斜，倾斜角度范围为2°～20°。
由于离心风机蜗壳沿叶轮的旋转轴向向外倾斜，其轴向改变了叶轮与蜗舌之间的间隙大小，减轻了叶轮叶片与蜗壳壳体之间由于非定常干涉作用而产生的尾流影响，使叶片与蜗舌之间产生的噪声有一定的相位差，避免了相同频率噪声叠加所带来的谐振噪声，因而降低了叶轮的旋转噪声。

实施例1：如图2所示，蜗壳(1)的内壁型线及蜗舌(2)沿叶轮的旋转中心线向外倾斜，倾斜角度范围为2°～20°。
实施例2：如图3所示，蜗壳(1)的内壁型线与叶轮的旋转中心线平行，仅叶轮的蜗舌(2)部分向外倾斜，倾斜面角度范围为2°～20°，蜗舌的倾斜面呈三维扇形面。

1.一种离心风机蜗壳，其特征为：蜗壳(1)的内壁型线及蜗舌(2)相对于叶轮的旋转中心线向外倾斜。
2.一种离心风机蜗壳，其特征为：蜗壳(1)的内壁型线与叶轮的旋转中心线平行，蜗壳(1)的蜗舌(2)部分相对于叶轮的旋转中心线向外倾斜。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的离心风机蜗壳，其特征为：倾斜角度范围为2°～20°。
