Abstract

一种节能污水曝气设备,由一台水泵,一个闸阀,甲、乙二个三通,一个气水混合器,用管道联接构成。水泵供给的压力水,流经三通甲,取部分压力水流经气水混合器的喷嘴和气水混合管,气水混合器中的空气吸入口,吸入空气随压力水流进气水混合管进行气水混合后,流经三通乙入水泵,经水泵叶轮再进行气水混合后,流经三通甲和闸阀入曝气池,形成污水循环曝气功能。

节能污水曝气设备
本实用新型涉及一种污水处理设备,是一种污水曝气设备。
目前,污水曝气采用的是鼓风曝气和机械曝气设备,存在着空气氧的利用率低,一次性投资大,运行费高,噪声大和易于堵塞等问题。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种由水泵供给压力水,流经一个气水混合器的喷嘴和气水混合管,完成吸气和气水混合后,又流经水泵进行再次的气水混合,大大提高了空气氧的利用率的节能污水曝气设备。
本实用新型是这样实现的:有一台水泵,其出水管接三通,该三通另两通口还分别连接闸阀和气水混合器,气水混合器的出口,通过管道接另一个三通,此三通出口用管道接水泵入口,另一个入口接底阀。
下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明。
图1,是本实用新型的整体图。
图2,是本实用新型的气水混合器[3]的剖视图。
参照附图,开启水泵[1],污水从底阀[6]吸入水泵[1],由水泵供给的压力水,流经三通甲[2]取部分压力水流经气水混合器[3]的喷嘴[8]和气水混合管[9],此时,空气吸入口[10]便吸入空气随同压力水流进气水混合管,进行气水混合后,流经三通乙[5]到水泵[1],经水泵叶轮再进行气水混合后,流经三通甲[2]和闸阀[4]入曝气池[7],形成污水循环曝气功能。
本实用新型优点是空气氧利用率高,一次性投资少,运行费用低,耐用可靠等。

1.一种节能污水曝气设备,其特征是:有一台水泵[1],其出水管接三通[2],该三通[2]另两通口分别连接闸阀[4]和气水混合器[3],气水混合器的出口通过管道接三通[5],三通[5]另一入口接底阀[6],出口通过管道接水泵[1]进水口。
