The embodiment of the application discloses a rolling device for metal products, which is referred to fig. 1-5, and comprises a workbench 1, wherein supporting rods 2 are fixedly arranged at the top ends of the periphery of the workbench 1, mounting plates 3 are fixedly arranged at the top ends of the four supporting rods 2, a hydraulic cylinder 4 is fixedly arranged at the top ends of the mounting plates 3, an output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder 4 penetrates through the mounting plates 3 and is fixedly provided with a rolling mechanism 5, one side of the top end of the workbench 1 is fixedly provided with a feeding mechanism 6, the middle part of the top end of the workbench 1 is provided with a mounting groove 7, a rolling plate 8 is clamped in the mounting groove 7, and the middle part of the rolling plate 8 is provided with a rolling groove 9. The rolling mechanism 5 and the rolling plate 8 are arranged, so that the rolling roller 54 and the rolling plate 8 can be conveniently replaced according to the size required by rolling, and the applicability of the paper winding device can be improved; through the feed mechanism 6 that sets up, conveniently drive feeding roller 62 through motor 63 drive metal product to the feeding in the coiling mechanism 5 to avoid artifical manual feeding, thereby promote the security.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the rolling mechanism 5 includes a mounting member 51 and a limiting assembly 52, a connecting rod 53 is fixedly mounted at the top end of the mounting member 51, the top end of the connecting rod 53 is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder 4, the limiting assembly 52 is mounted at the bottom end of the mounting member 51, and the top end of the limiting assembly 52 is arranged penetrating through the top end of the mounting member 51. The connecting rod 53 is conveniently driven by the hydraulic cylinder 4 so that the rolling roller 54 is extruded in the rolling groove 9, and thus the metal product is rolled.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the mounting member 51 includes a first connecting plate 511, the top end of the first connecting plate 511 is fixedly connected with a connecting rod 53, fixing slots 512 are formed at the bottom ends of two sides of the first connecting plate 511, second connecting plates 513 are respectively clamped in the two fixing slots 512, and connecting slots 514 are formed at one sides of the two second connecting plates 513. Through the fixed slot 512 that sets up, it is convenient to install the roll-up roller 54 in the fixed slot 512, also convenient dismantles the roll-up roller 54.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the limiting assembly 52 includes a limiting plate 521, the limiting plate 521 is arc-shaped, two sides of the top end of the limiting plate 521 are fixedly provided with mounting rods 522, and the top ends of the mounting rods 522 penetrate through two sides of the first connecting plate 511 to be movably arranged. When the metal product is conveniently introduced into the winding roller 54, the thickness of the metal product can push the limiting plate 521, so that the mounting bar 522 moves on the first connecting plate 511.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, springs 523 are respectively sleeved on the two mounting rods 522, and both ends of the two springs 523 are fixedly connected with the bottom end of the first connecting plate 511 and the top end of the limiting plate 521. By the spring 523 being provided, the spring 523 is facilitated to push down the limiting plate 521, so that the metal product can be attached to the winding roller 54.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the winding mechanism 5 further includes a winding roller 54, two ends of the winding roller 54 are rotatably provided with fixing screws 55, and two fixing screws 55 are movably disposed in two fixing grooves 512. The winding roller 54 is fixed by mounting the fixing screw 55 in the fixing groove 512.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, fixing nuts 56 are screw-mounted at one ends of the two fixing screws 55, and one sides of the two fixing nuts 56 are respectively disposed in contact with one sides of the two second connection plates 513, and the winding roller 54 is fixedly mounted between the two second connection plates 513 through the two fixing nuts 56. Conveniently, the fixing nut 56 is removed from the fixing screw 55 by unscrewing the fixing nut 56, so that the fixing nut 56 is separated from the fixing of the winding roller 54, and the winding roller 54 is removed from the two fixing grooves 512, and the winding roller 54 is replaced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the feeding mechanism 6 includes two rotating plates 61, the two rotating plates 61 are respectively fixedly installed at both ends of one side of the table 1, a feeding roller 62 is rotatably installed between the two rotating plates 61, a motor 63 is fixedly installed at one side of one rotating plate 61, and an output shaft of the motor 63 is fixedly connected with a rotation shaft of the feeding roller 62. The feeding roller 62 is conveniently driven by the motor 63 to drive the metal product to feed into the rolling mechanism 5, so that manual feeding is avoided, and safety is improved.
The embodiment of the application provides a rolling device for metal products, which comprises the following implementation principles: through the system mechanism 5 and the roll board 8 of rolling that set up, through unscrewing fixation nut 56, thereby make fixation nut 56 take off from fixation screw 55, make fixation nut 56 break away from the fixed to the roll up roller 54, thereby take off roll up roller 54 from two fixed slots 512 in, change roll up roller 54, and take out roll board 8 from mounting groove 7 in, change roll board 8, the convenience is according to the required size of rolling, change roll up roller 54 and roll board 8, thereby can promote the suitability of winder. Moreover, the limiting plate 521 is conveniently pushed downwards by the spring 523, so that the limiting plate 521 can limit the metal product entering the rolling mechanism 5, the metal product can be attached to the rolling roller 54, and the rolling size of the metal product is more accurate; through the feed mechanism 6 that sets up, conveniently drive feeding roller 62 through motor 63 drive metal product to the feeding in the coiling mechanism 5 to avoid artifical manual feeding, thereby promote the security.
