The battery generally comprises a lower box body, an upper cover and a battery module, wherein the upper cover is connected to the lower box body, and the battery module is arranged in an inner cavity formed by connecting the upper cover and the lower box body.
At present, in the process that upper cover and lower box are connected, four edges of upper cover need be connected the equipment with four edges of lower box one by one respectively, and overall connection structure is complicated, and assembly efficiency is low.
In order to solve the problem of complex structure in the process of connecting the upper cover and the lower box body, an embodiment of the application provides a battery which can be applied to not only mobile phones and flat plates, but also other fields such as automobile manufacturing, and the following description of the application takes the application in the automobile field as an example.
As shown in fig. 1 in combination with fig. 2, the battery includes a base 10 and a case cover 11, wherein the base 10 includes a tray 101 and a side plate 102, the side plate 102 being disposed at one side of the tray 101 in a first direction; the side of the case cover 11 facing the tray 101 and the side facing the side plate 102 are both open structures; with the cover 11 engaged with the base 10, the side of the cover 11 facing the tray 101 is engaged with the tray 101, and the side of the cover 11 facing the side plate 102 is engaged with the side plate 102.
The first direction in this embodiment is the X-axis direction as in fig. 1. In this embodiment, the case cover 11 includes a first side 111, a second side 112, a third side 113, and a fourth side 114, where, referring to fig. 1, the first side 111 is an upper surface, and the heights of the second side 112, the third side 113, and the fourth side 114 are equal.
The second side surface 112 is disposed at the front side of the first side surface 111, and an included angle between the second side surface 112 and the first side surface 111 may be 80 °, 85 °, 90 °, etc.; the third side 113 is disposed at the rear side of the first side 111, and the third side 113 and the second side 112 are both located below the first side 111, and an included angle between the third side 113 and the first side 111 may be 80 °, 85 °, 90 °, or the like. Referring to fig. 1, the right and lower sides of the case cover 11 formed in this embodiment are both open structures.
In this embodiment, the side plate 102 is disposed on the right side of the tray 101 along the X-axis direction, meanwhile, the side plate 102 is located above the tray 101, and the included angles between the side plate 102 and the tray 101 may be 80 °, 85 °, 90 ° or the like, which is illustrated in this embodiment by taking the side plate 102 and the tray 101 as an example.
The side plate 102 in this embodiment may be screwed on the tray 101, or the side plate 102 may be welded on the tray 101, which may be specifically determined according to practical situations, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present disclosure.

The second direction in this embodiment is the Y-axis direction as shown in fig. 1, where the included angle between the Y-axis and the X-axis may be 85 ° or 90 °, and this embodiment is described by taking the Y-axis and the X-axis as an example.
In this embodiment, the first clamping parts 1013 are provided on both front and rear sides of the tray 101 along the Y-axis direction, and when the cover 11 is connected to the tray 101 from top to bottom, the second side 112 and the third side 113 on the cover 11 can be correspondingly clamped into the first clamping parts 1013 on both opposite sides of the tray 101 along the Y-axis direction, so that the second side 112 and the third side 113 on the cover 11 are conveniently fixed to the tray 101.

When the edges of the first side 111, the second side 112 and the third side 113 of the cover 11 facing the side plate 102 are all clamped into the second clamping groove, the second fastener passes through the third side wall 1023, and the second fastener is connected with the first side 111, the second side 112 and the third side 113 in the second clamping groove, so that the first side 111, the second side 112 and the third side 113 are stably positioned in the second clamping groove.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, a second through hole 1022 is provided in the third sidewall 1023, and a second fastener is connected to a side of the cover 11 toward the side plate 102 through the second through hole 1022.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of first through holes 1012 are provided on the third sidewall 1023, for example: the third sidewall 1023 is provided with four, six or seven first through holes 1012, which may be specifically determined according to practical situations, and the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
The second through hole 1022 in this embodiment may be a threaded hole, a shaft hole, or the like, and the second through hole 1022 will be described below as an example of a threaded hole.
After the first side 111, the second side 112, and the third side 113 on the cover 11 are engaged into the second engaging groove, the second fastener, that is, the bolt is inserted into the threaded hole, and then the bolt is rotated by an external force, and after the bolt abuts against the first side 111, the second side 112, or the third side 113 in the second engaging groove, the bolt is continuously rotated until the first side 111, the second side 112, or the third side 113 in the second engaging groove abuts against the fourth side 1024, and at this time, the first side 111, the second side 112, or the third side 113 is stably positioned in the second engaging groove under the interaction of the bolt and the fourth side 1024.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, an opening 1025 is provided on the side plate 102 along the first direction. Thus, the connector panel connected with the battery module can be conveniently installed.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the tray 101 is integrally formed with the side plate 102, it will be understood that the side plate 102 may be screwed on the tray 101, and the specific embodiment may be determined according to practical situations, which is not limited in this disclosure.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the battery further comprises a battery module (not shown), wherein the battery module is located in the cavity formed by the cover 11 and the base 10.
In this embodiment, the battery module may be fixed on the base 10 by bolts, and the battery module is located in a cavity formed by the case cover 11 and the base 10, and the power supply device may be conveniently powered by the setting of the battery module.
The application also provides an electric device comprising the battery according to any one of the embodiments of the application.
The battery module in the battery disclosed by the embodiment of the application can be used in electric devices such as vehicles, ships or aircrafts, but is not limited to the electric devices.
The embodiment of the application provides an electric device using a battery as a power supply, wherein the electric device can be, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet, a notebook computer, an electric toy, an electric tool, a battery car, an electric car, a ship, a spacecraft and the like. Among them, the electric toy may include fixed or mobile electric toys, such as game machines, electric car toys, electric ship toys, electric plane toys, and the like, and the spacecraft may include planes, rockets, space planes, and spacecraft, and the like.
For convenience of description, the following embodiment will take an electric device according to an embodiment of the present application as an example of the vehicle 1000.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle 1000 according to some embodiments of the application. The vehicle 1000 may be a fuel oil vehicle, a gas vehicle or a new energy vehicle, and the new energy vehicle may be a pure electric vehicle, a hybrid vehicle or a range-extended vehicle. The battery 100 is provided in the interior of the vehicle 1000, and the battery 100 may be provided at the bottom or the head or the tail of the vehicle 1000. The battery 100 may be used for power supply of the vehicle 1000, for example, the battery 100 may be used as an operating power source of the vehicle 1000. The vehicle 1000 may also include a controller 200 and a motor 300, the controller 200 being configured to control the battery 100 to power the motor 300, for example, for operating power requirements during start-up, navigation, and travel of the vehicle 1000.
In some embodiments of the present application, battery 100 may not only serve as an operating power source for vehicle 1000, but may also serve as a driving power source for vehicle 1000, instead of or in part instead of fuel oil or natural gas, to provide driving power for vehicle 1000.
The specific structure of the battery in this embodiment refers to the foregoing embodiments, and since all the technical solutions of all the foregoing embodiments are adopted in the power consumption device, at least the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments are provided, and will not be described in detail herein.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the application, and are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims and description. In particular, the technical features mentioned in the respective embodiments may be combined in any manner as long as there is no structural conflict. The present application is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed herein, but encompasses all technical solutions falling within the scope of the claims.
Claims (14)
1. A battery, comprising:
A base (10), wherein the base (10) comprises a tray (101) and a side plate (102), and the side plate (102) is arranged on one side of the tray (101) along a first direction;
the box cover (11) is of an opening structure on one side of the box cover (11) facing the tray (101) and one side of the box cover facing the side plate (102);
Under the condition that the box cover (11) is buckled to the base (10), one side, facing towards the tray (101), of the box cover (11) is clamped with the tray (101), and one side, facing towards the side plate (102), of the box cover (11) is clamped with the side plate (102).
2. The battery according to claim 1, wherein first clamping portions (1013) are provided on opposite sides of the tray (101) along a second direction, and opposite sides of the case cover (11) facing one side of the tray (101) along the second direction are correspondingly clamped at the first clamping portions (1013), wherein the second direction intersects the first direction.
3. The battery according to claim 2, wherein the first clamping portion (1013) includes a first side wall (1014) and a second side wall (1015) provided on the tray (101), the first side wall (1014) being located outside the second side wall (1015) in the second direction;
The first side wall (1014), the surface of the tray (101) and the second side wall (1015) enclose a first clamping groove, and the first clamping groove extends along the first direction;
Opposite two surfaces of one side, facing the tray (101), of the box cover (11) along the second direction are correspondingly clamped in the first clamping groove.
4. A battery according to claim 3, further comprising a first fastener provided at the first side wall (1014) for fixing opposite sides of the case cover (11) in the second direction toward one side of the tray (101) in the first clamping groove.
5. The battery according to claim 4, wherein a first through hole (1012) is provided in the first side wall (1014) in the second direction, and the first fastener is connected to a side surface of the case lid (11) in the second direction through the first through hole (1012).
6. The battery according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the tray (101) is provided with a limit stop (1011) on the other side in the first direction, the limit stop (1011) extending in the second direction;
Under the condition that the box cover (11) is buckled to the base (10), the limit baffle (1011) is positioned in a cavity formed by the box cover (11) and the base (10), and one side, away from the side plate (102), of the box cover (11) is abutted against the limit baffle (1011).
7. The battery according to claim 6, wherein a second clamping portion (1021) is provided on a side of the side plate (102) facing the case cover (11), and the case cover (11) is clamped to the second clamping portion (1021) on a side facing the side plate (102).
8. The battery according to claim 7, wherein the second clamping portion (1021) includes a third side wall (1023) and a fourth side wall (1024) provided on the side plate (102), the third side wall (1023) being located outside the fourth side wall (1024);
The third side wall (1023), one side of the side plate (102) facing the box cover (11) and the fourth side wall (1024) are surrounded to form a second clamping groove, and the second clamping groove is communicated with the first clamping groove;
the box cover (11) is clamped in the second clamping groove towards one side of the side plate (102).
9. The battery of claim 8, further comprising a second fastener disposed at the third sidewall (1023) for securing the side of the cover (11) facing the side plate (102) within the second slot.
10. The battery according to claim 9, characterized in that a second through hole (1022) is provided in the third side wall (1023), and the second fastener is connected to a side of the case cover (11) facing the side plate (102) through the second through hole (1022).
11. The battery according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein an opening (1025) is provided in the side plate (102) along the first direction.
12. The battery according to claim 1, characterized in that the tray (101) is integrally formed with the side plates (102).
13. The battery according to claim 1, further comprising a battery module located within a cavity formed by the cover (11) and the base (10).
14. An electrical device comprising a battery as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13.
