Referring to fig. 1-6, a fan assembly 10 is provided, and the fan assembly 10 includes a volute 11 and a fan body 12.
The fan assembly 10 shown in fig. 1 is a centrifugal fan, and in other embodiments, the fan assembly 10 may be other types of fans, such as an axial flow fan, etc.

When the fan assembly 10 needs to be overhauled, the whole fan main body 12 can be taken down from the volute 11 for overhauling only by separating the driving device 122 from the volute 11, and after the overhauling is finished, the wind wheel 121 is disposed in the volute 11 from the first air inlet 11a, and the driving device 122 is detachably connected with the volute 11. Because the wind wheel 121 and the driving device 122 are assembled and disassembled as a whole, the assembling and disassembling process of the wind wheel 121 and the driving device 122 is relatively simple, and the maintenance can be facilitated.
In addition, in the related art, the access hole on the shell of the air duct machine is generally located below the fan assembly, and if the access hole is blocked by the indoor ceiling, the ceiling needs to be removed to repair the fan assembly, so that the repair process is also complicated.
In the fan assembly 10 of the embodiment of the application, the fan main body 12 is assembled and disassembled through the first air inlet 11a, so that the access hole on the shell of the air duct machine is positioned on the side surface of the shell and is not blocked by the ceiling, and the convenience of overhaul can be improved.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 3 to 5, the driving device 122 may further be provided with a mounting plate 1221, the driving motor 1222 is mounted on the mounting plate 1221, the driving motor 1222 is in driving connection with the wind wheel 121, and at least a part of a region of the mounting plate 1221 is located on the outer surface of the volute 11 and is detachably connected with the volute 11.
That is, the driving device 122 may be detachably connected with the scroll 11 through the mounting plate 1221.
The mounting plate 1221 in fig. 1 is fastened to the volute 11 by a fastener such as a screw, and in other embodiments, the mounting plate 1221 may be detachably connected to the volute 11 by other manners, such as a snap fit.
Further, referring to fig. 2, for the mounting plate 1221 and the volute 11 fastened and connected by a fastener such as a screw, the mounting plate 1221 may be provided with a limiting hole 1221b, the volute 11 may be provided with a limiting piece 11d, and the limiting piece 11d is inserted into the limiting hole 1221b, so as to perform a limiting function on the mounting plate 1221, so that an operator can assemble and disassemble the fastener such as the screw.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3 to fig. 5, the mounting plate 1221 may be annular, and the mounting plate 1221 surrounds the periphery of the first air inlet 11a, so that the structural strength of the mounting plate 1221 may be improved, and the reliability of the detachable connection between the mounting plate 1221 and the volute 11 is ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 5, the edge of the mounting plate 1221 located on the inner side of the ring may be folded to form a flange 1221a, and the flange 1221a extends into the volute 11 from the first air inlet 11 a.
The flange 1221a may shield the side wall of the first air inlet 11a, so that the air flow can enter the volute 11 along the outer surface of the flange 1221a in the process of passing through the first air inlet 11a, that is, the flange 1221a may play a certain role in guiding air, so that the air flow can enter the volute 11 more smoothly.
It will be appreciated that the mounting plate 1221 is not limited to being annular, and in other embodiments, the mounting plate 1221 may be any other shape, as long as at least a portion of the area of the mounting plate 1221 is located on the outer surface of the volute 11 and is capable of being removably coupled to the volute 11.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the driving device 122 may further include a plurality of legs 1223, and each of the legs 1223 is disposed at a distance on an outer peripheral side of the driving motor 1222 and connected to the mounting plate 1221.
Providing a plurality of legs 1223 may reliably support the drive motor 1222, and may facilitate mounting the drive motor 1222 to the mounting plate 1221.
In other embodiments, the driving device 122 may not have the mounting plate 1221, for example, the leg 1223 may be directly detachably connected to the volute 11, or other connection structures may be provided on the driving motor 1222, and the driving motor 1222 may be detachably connected to the volute 11 through the connection structures.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the wind wheel 121 may be provided with a connection plate 1211 having a shaft hole 1211a and a plurality of blades 1212 surrounding the circumference of the connection plate 1211, and the driving motor 1222 includes a main body 12221 and a motor shaft 12222, and the motor shaft 12222 is inserted into the shaft hole 1211 a.
The main body 12221 is a main structure of the drive motor 1222, and functions to rotate the motor shaft 12222.
The motor shaft 12222 is inserted into the shaft hole 1211a, and the motor shaft 12222 rotates to drive the wind wheel 121 to rotate, thereby realizing driving connection of the driving motor 1222 and the wind wheel 121.
With continued reference to fig. 6, the driving motor 1222 may further include a limiting ring 12223, where the limiting ring 12223 is sleeved on the motor shaft 12222, and the limiting ring 12223 is located between the main body 12221 and the connecting plate 1211 and abuts against an outer surface of the connecting plate 1211 located on a peripheral side of the shaft hole 1211 a.
The limiting snap ring 12223 may limit the driving motor 1222 to ensure that the installation position of the driving motor 1222 remains unchanged before and after the fan main body 12 is disassembled, so as to ensure the operational reliability of the driving fan assembly 10.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the connecting plate 1211 and the blades 1212 define a receiving space 121a, and at least a partial area of the main body 12221 may be located in the receiving space 121a, that is, the entire main body 12221 may be located in the receiving space 121a, or a partial area of the main body 12221 may be located in the receiving space 121a, which is equivalent to at least a partial area of the main body 12221 being located inside the wind wheel 121.
At least a partial area of the main body 12221 is located in the accommodating space 121a, so that the overall structure of the fan main body 12 is more compact, and the disassembly and assembly of the main body 12221 are facilitated.

3. The fan assembly of claim 2 wherein the edge of the mounting plate on the inside of the ring is folded over to form a flange extending from the first inlet into the volute.
4. A fan assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the mounting plate is fixedly connected to the volute, one of the mounting plate and the volute having a limiting aperture, the other having a limiting member, the limiting member being disposed through the limiting aperture.
5. A fan assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the drive means comprises a plurality of legs, each of the legs being disposed at a spacing on the outer peripheral side of the drive motor and being connected to the mounting plate.
6. A fan assembly according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the wind wheel comprises a connection plate having a shaft hole and a plurality of blades surrounding the connection plate on the circumferential side, and the driving means comprises a driving motor comprising a main body portion and a motor shaft penetrating the shaft hole.
7. The fan assembly of claim 6, wherein the drive motor further comprises a retaining collar sleeved on the motor shaft, the retaining collar being located between the main body portion and the connecting plate and abutting against an outer surface of the connecting plate on a peripheral side of the shaft hole.
8. The fan assembly of claim 6 wherein the web encloses a receiving space with a plurality of the blades, at least a partial region of the main body portion being located within the receiving space.
9. An air duct machine, comprising:
