Description

本实用新型涉及无级调节装置,具体是一种双缸式液压无级调节器。
已有的液压调节装置,均为单缸结构,当缸体受到撞击时,发生形变,致使活塞不能在缸内运动,造成整个调节装置报废。为了避免撞击形变,缸体筒壁就要选择强度很高的材料,并适当增加壁厚导致成本上升。
本实用新型的目的,就是提供一种耐撞击的双缸式液压调节器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种液压无级调节装置,包括内缸筒、外缸筒、阀芯,所述外缸筒在内缸筒外,并且与内缸筒平行,中间有一间隙,作为高压气体及液压油通道;内缸筒左端固定联接有档圈,档圈中部有一气液通道,该通道的一端与所述内外缸筒之间的间隙相通,另一端与内缸筒左面内室相通,该档圈左端联接前密封坐,前密封坐嵌有密封圈;所述内缸筒内充满高压气体和液压油,中部有一活塞,活塞左端联接一连杆,连杆与外部欲调节位移(角度)的机构相联接;所述内缸筒右端联接有后密封座,后密封座嵌有后密封圈,该密封座有一高压气体和液压油通道,该通道一端与所述内外缸筒之间的间隙相通,另一端通过阀芯与内缸筒右面的内室相通,后密封座有所述阀芯,阀芯右端联接一控制杆。
当控制杆受到向左的外力作用时,将阀芯推向左端,后密封座的气液通道与内缸筒右面内室联通,使活塞左面和右的高压气体及液压油联通,连杆即可推动活塞运动;外部调节机构调到需要位置时,阀芯向右运动,关闭后密封座通道与内缸筒右面内室的连通,活塞就被锁定在固定位置,外部调节机构也就随之锁定,从而达到无级调节位移或角度的目的。本实用新型器可用于需要调节角度或直线位移的设备。
由于活塞只在内缸筒中运动,内缸筒在外缸筒内部。因此,该器受到外力撞击时,不会改变内缸筒形状,而损坏器,而且,内缸筒壁内外两面所受液体压力相等,制造材料要求不高,成本低,适用性广。

内缸筒(6)与外缸筒(3)之间有间隙(7),内缸筒(6)的左端联接有档圈(5),档圈(5)中部有一气液通道(14),通道(14)的一端与间隙(7)相通,另一端与内缸筒(6)左面内室相通,档圈(5)的左端联接前密封座(2),前密封座(2)上嵌有密封圈(4);内缸筒(6)内充满高压气体和液压油,中部有一活塞(8),活塞(8)左端联有一连杆(1),连杆(1)的另一端与外部欲调节位移或角度的机构相联接;内缸筒(6)右端联接后密封座(10),其上嵌有后密封圈(11),后缸封座(10)内一有高压气体及液压油通道(13),通道(13)一端经过阀芯(9)的开通可以与内缸筒(6)右面内室相通,另一端与间隙(7)相通。后密封座(10)的中部有阀芯(9),阀芯(9)的右端联接有控制杆(12)。

  1. 一种双缸式无级调节器,包括内缸筒、外缸筒、阀芯,其特征在于外缸筒与内缸筒同轴平行,中间有一间隙,作为高压气体和液压油通道;所述内缸筒左端联接一档圈,该档圈内部有一气液通道,该通道一端与所述内外缸筒之间的间隙相通,另一端与内缸筒左面内室相通,该档圈左端联接前密封座,前密封座嵌有密封圈;所述内缸筒内充满高压气体和液压油,中部有一活塞,活塞左端联接一连杆,连杆与外部欲调节位移、角度的机构相联接;所述内缸筒右端联接有后密封座,后密封座有后密封圈,该密封座有一气液通道,该通道一端与所述内外缸筒之间的间隙相通,另一端通过阀芯与内缸筒右面的内室相通,后密封座有所述阀芯,阀芯右端联接一控制杆。
