Abstract
The application provides a denture fixing device and a denture planting system, wherein the denture fixing device comprises: an intra-osseous implant adapted to be implanted into a jaw bone; and a denture carrier adapted to be affixed to a denture; the pair of magnetic components comprises a magnet and an armature, the magnet is fixedly embedded in the denture carrier, the armature is fixedly embedded in the endosteal implant, and the magnet and the armature are mutually attracted to keep the denture connected with the endosteal implant. The device has the advantages of small structure, and simpler and more convenient fixation.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present application relates to a dental prosthesis fixation device comprising an intra-osseous implant 1 and a dental prosthesis carrier 2, the intra-osseous implant 1 being adapted to be implanted in a jaw of a user, the dental prosthesis carrier 2 being adapted to be secured to a dental prosthesis, wherein a pair of magnetic parts is arranged between the intra-osseous implant 1 and the dental prosthesis carrier 2, the pair of magnetic parts being arranged to enable the dental prosthesis carrier 2 and the intra-osseous implant 1 to attract each other to maintain the connection of the dental prosthesis to the intra-osseous implant 1; further, the pair of magnetic parts includes the armature 3 and the magnet 4, the armature 3 is embedded on the intra-osseous implant 1, the magnet 4 is embedded on the denture carrier 2, when in use, the denture is fixed on the intra-osseous implant 1 through the magnetic force generated by the magnet 4, through adopting the above configuration, the retainers such as bolts and the like used by the planting device are reduced, the denture installation convenience is improved, in addition, the intra-osseous implant 1 is designed into an integral structure, the size of the intra-osseous implant 1 can be miniaturized, the intra-osseous implant 1 can be suitable for patients with small inter-jaw distance, and the intra-osseous implant is particularly suitable for patients with a plurality of missing teeth and a plurality of tooth row defects accompanied by a root residual crown, and the tooth row defects accompanied by a bone defect, and can reduce foreign body feeling during implantation, and improve the use comfort of the patients.
As shown in fig. 1-4, the intra-osseous implant 1 has a supporting part 11 and an implant part 12, a neck part with a gradually decreasing diameter is arranged between the supporting part 11 and the implant part 12, so that the connection between the supporting part 11 and the implant part 12 is smoother, and when the implant part 12 is implanted into the jawbone of a user, the neck part can guide gum production, thereby better retaining the intra-osseous implant 1, wherein the top of the supporting part 11 is provided with an upper end surface contacted with the denture carrier 2, the upper end surface is used for supporting the denture carrier 2 and a denture, in addition, the upper end surface is provided with a receiving groove 14 which is inwards sunken and can receive the armature 3, and the upper end surface of the armature 3 does not protrude out of the upper end surface of the supporting part 11, so as to ensure the fastening effect of the connection between the denture carrier 2 and the intra-osseous implant 1.
As shown in fig. 6, in order to improve the connection effect between the armature 3 and the receiving groove 14, the armature 3 and the receiving groove 14 are connected in a morse taper manner, so that the use of a limiting piece can be reduced, and the structure of the intra-osseous implant 1 is smaller and more compact; in some embodiments, of course, it is also possible to fix the armature 3 in the receiving groove 14 by means of adhesive bonding.
The outer peripheral surface of the implant part 12 is configured to have an implantation thread 13, and the intra-osseous implant 1 is further provided with a tool screwing part 6, specifically, the tool screwing part 6 is a hexagonal hole, which can be matched with a hexagonal wrench, so that the intra-osseous implant 1 can be conveniently screwed into a pre-drilled implant hole, preferably, the hexagonal hole is arranged below the receiving groove 14, and the size of the intra-osseous implant 1 can be further reduced by adopting the structural design, and the size of the implant hole in the jaw of a user can be reduced, thereby reducing the uncomfortable feeling of the user.
The denture carrier 2 is constructed in a cap structure, forming a dome-shaped structure, which can improve the retention of the magnets 4 and facilitate the user's extraction. The top of the denture carrier 2 is provided with a buckling part 21 which is formed by upward extension, the buckling part 21 can be embedded in a denture to keep the connection effect of the denture carrier 2 and the denture, in addition, the bottom of the denture carrier 2 is provided with a magnet cavity 22 with an opening at the lower end, and the magnet 4 is fixedly embedded in the magnet cavity 22, so that the two are combined more compactly, the armature 3 can be protected, the abrasion loss of the armature 3 is reduced, and the retention force of the armature 3 is ensured; further in this embodiment, the dental prosthesis carrier further comprises a chassis 5, wherein the chassis 5 is attached to the bottom of the dental prosthesis carrier 2, and the chassis 5 is configured to seal the magnet cavity 22 so as to cover the magnet 4 in the magnet cavity 22, thereby protecting the magnet 4, reducing abrasion of the magnet 4, forming a sealed magnetic field, reducing leakage of magnetic flux and ensuring use safety of users; meanwhile, the stability of magnetic flux can be ensured, so that the magnet 4 keeps magnetism constant, stable retention force is generated, and the service life of the denture fixing device is ensured. Further, the chassis 4 is fixedly connected with the denture carrier 2 by means of laser welding, so that the magnet 4 in the denture carrier can be prevented from being corroded, the thickness of the laser welding part is low, the strength is enough, the tightness is good, and the constant retention force provided by the armature 4 can be ensured.
Preferably, the magnet 4 may be a rare earth permanent magnet neodymium iron boron, the magnetic force of the permanent magnet is large, the volume of the permanent magnet can be miniaturized, and meanwhile, a larger retention force can be obtained, specifically, the retention force provided by the magnet 4 is 400-800gf, preferably not less than 600gf, and in the use process, a smaller number of implant fixing devices are needed to fix the denture, for example: the single jaw full mouth covered denture can obtain enough retention force by using 2-4 magnetic attachment bodies, so that the denture can obtain enough jaw force, and meanwhile, the extraction of the denture is not influenced, and the user can conveniently take and wear the denture.
The application also provides a denture planting system, which comprises a denture and a denture fixing device, wherein the denture fixing device is the denture fixing device, when the denture is planted, the denture and the denture carrier 2 are fixedly connected together, and then the denture carrier 2 can be adsorbed and fixed in the intraosseous implant 1 through the paired magnetic parts, so that the denture is connected to the intraosseous implant 1.

5. The denture fixing device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said endosteal implant is constructed as an integrally formed structure.
6. The denture fixing device according to claim 5, wherein said endosteal implant further has a tool screw configured to mate with a tool to cause the tool screw to apply a force to said endosteal implant.
7. The denture fixing device according to claim 1, wherein a top of said denture carrier has a snap fit, said snap fit being embedded within said denture to maintain the connection of said denture carrier to the denture.
8. The denture fixing device of claim 1, further comprising a chassis attached to the bottom of said denture carrier, said chassis cooperating with said denture carrier to encase said magnet.
9. The denture fixing device according to claim 8, wherein said base plate is fixedly connected to said denture carrier by laser welding.
10. A dental implant system comprising a dental implant and a dental implant fixture, said dental implant fixture being according to any one of claims 1-9.
