Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present application provides a vehicle 100. The vehicle 100 includes a body 1 and a seat assembly 2. Referring to fig. 3 in combination, the seat assembly 2 of the present application includes a seat structure 21 and a link structure 22. The seat structure 21 includes a cushion portion 211 for seating an occupant of the vehicle 100. The linkage 22 includes a first end 221 and a second end 222. The first end 221 is pivotally connected to a side of the cushion portion 211 toward the fixed surface 211a thereof. The second end 222 is coupled to the vehicle 100.
The seat assembly 2 is switchable between a use condition and a stowed condition. For convenience of explanation, the first direction X, the second direction Y, and the third direction Z are set in the drawings of the present application as reference directions. Any angle can be formed among the first direction X, the second direction Y and the third direction Z. For convenience of explanation, the embodiments shown in the drawings are presented by taking the first direction X, the second direction Y, and the third direction Z as examples, which are perpendicular to each other.
When the link structure 22 of the seat assembly 2 of the present application is pivoted to the cushion portion 211, the distance between the first end 221 and the second end 222 in the first direction X is changed to change the vertical distance between the fixed surface 211a and the second end 222. The seat assembly 2 of the embodiment shown in fig. 3 is in use. The seat assembly 2 of the embodiment shown in fig. 4 is in a stowed condition. When the seat assembly 2 is switched to the stow state in the use state, the distance between the first end 221 and the second end 222 in the first direction X increases, so that the vertical distance between the second end 222 and the fixing surface 211a becomes smaller, enabling the descent of the seat assembly 2. When the seat assembly 2 is switched to the use state in the stow state, the distance between the first end 221 and the second end 222 in the first direction X decreases, so that the distance between the second end 222 and the fixing surface 211a increases, enabling the lifting of the seat.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3 and 4, the change in the vertical distance between the second end 222 and the fixing surface 211a is reflected in a change in the distance between the second end 222 and the fixing surface 211a in the third direction Z.
By so doing, the seat assembly 2 is able to achieve a change in state when in use and when not in use. When the seat assembly 2 is not needed, the occupant can reduce the distance between the second end 222 and the cushion portion 211 through the link structure 22, so that the occupation of the space by the seat assembly 2 is reduced, and the seat assembly 2 is conveniently stored. At the same time, the linkage structure 22 enables support of the seat structure 21 such that the seat assembly 2 does not need to rely on additional components of the vehicle 100 for support in the use state, with a simple structure. Further, the distance between the second end 222 and the cushion portion 211 in the third direction Z can be changed, so that the occupant can adjust the size of the seat assembly 2 in the third direction Z as desired.
The seat assembly 2 may be assembled in virtually any location of the vehicle 100. For example, the seat assembly 2 may be assembled to the floor of the rear seating space of the vehicle 100. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a vehicle body 1 includes a luggage compartment 11, a trunk door (not shown) closing the luggage compartment 11, and a floor 12 provided to the luggage compartment 11. In some embodiments, the second end 222 of the seat assembly 2 is connected to the floor 12. In other words, in this embodiment, the seat assembly 2 is disposed in the luggage compartment 11. The link structure 22 includes a forward rotation state and a reverse rotation state: when the link structure 22 is rotated in a forward direction, the link structure 22 moves the seat structure 21 away from the floor 12, so that the seat assembly 2 is in the state shown in fig. 1 and 2. When the link portion 223 is reversed, the link structure 22 moves the seat structure 21 closer to the floor 12, so that the seat assembly 2 is in the state shown in fig. 4 or fig. 5.
This embodiment allows the seat assembly 2 to occupy no seating space of the vehicle 100. When the occupant is performing an outdoor activity such as camping, the raising of the seat assembly 2 can be achieved by rotating the link structure 22 forward, so that the occupant can sit on the seat assembly 2 of the luggage compartment 11. The occupant may effect stowing of the seat assembly 2 by reversing the link structure 22 when the occupant does not need to use the seat assembly 2. The luggage compartment 11 has sufficient space to accommodate passengers of different heights and sizes. Meanwhile, when the trunk door is opened, the passenger can look out of the vehicle 100 when riding in the luggage compartment 11, the visual field range is enlarged, and the experience feeling is better.
Since the link structure 22 of the seat assembly 2 enables the lifting of the seat structure 21 in the third direction Z, the seat structure 21 can be extended out of the luggage compartment 11 by changing its position in the third direction Z even if there is a rocker of the trunk door at the rear of the vehicle 100 when the seat assembly 2 of the present application is assembled to the luggage compartment 11. It will be seen that the seat assembly 2 of the present application is capable of adapting to vehicles 100 of different tailgate types and is not limited to vehicles 100 in which the tailgate is a heaven-earth door.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the base plate 12 includes a receiving slot 121. The second end 222 is disposed in the receiving slot 121. Wherein, when the link structure 22 is reversed to the extreme position, the seat assembly 2 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 121. By providing the accommodation groove 121, the seat assembly 2 can be retracted into the accommodation groove 121 when the seat assembly 2 is in the stowed state, and the space occupation of the luggage compartment 11 in the third direction Z is reduced. The provision of the receiving slot 121 can avoid occupying the storage space of the luggage compartment 11 when the seat assembly 2 is not in use. It should be noted that when the link structure 22 is reversed to the extreme position, the seat assembly 2 may be only partially received in the receiving groove 121, i.e., there may be a portion of the seat assembly 2 protruding from the floor 12. Or the seat assembly 2 may be fully received in the receiving slot 121 to further reduce the sense of presence in the stowed condition.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the vehicle body 1 further comprises a cover 13. The cover plate 13 is detachably coupled to the base plate 12 to cover or expose the receiving groove 121. The cover plate 13 can improve the flatness of the bottom plate 12, thereby facilitating the placement of articles in the luggage compartment 11 by the passenger. In addition, the cover 13 covers the receiving groove 121 to prevent articles from accidentally falling into the receiving groove 121 or creating a hazard in that a child's limb is trapped between the receiving groove 121 and the seat assembly 2.
There are a number of possible ways of connecting the linkage 22 to the vehicle 100.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, in some embodiments, the seat assembly 2 includes a first track 23 extending in a first direction X. The first slide rail 23 is provided in the cushion portion 211. The first end 221 is slidably coupled to the first rail 23. In other words, the first end 221 is capable of sliding in the first slide rail 23, thereby changing its position in the first direction X. By providing the first slide rail 23, the first end 221 can be slidably connected with the cushion portion 211, so that sliding friction force is reduced, which is beneficial to improving the movement smoothness of the link structure 22 and reducing friction noise.
In this embodiment, the second end 222 may be pivotally connected to the vehicle 100 at a fixed location. In other words, the position of the second end 222 in the first direction X is unchanged, and the link structure 22 effects a change in the distance between the first end 221 and the second end 222 by changing the position of the first end 221 in the first direction X.
Alternatively, the vehicle 100 may be provided with a slide rail extending in the first direction X, and the slide rail is slidably connected to the second end 222. Then, the position of the second end 222 in the first direction X may be changed. The first 221 and second 222 ends are capable of synchronized movement in the first direction X when the seat assembly 2 is switched between the stowed condition and the use condition. In this way, the link structure 22 can efficiently drive the position change of the seat structure 21 in the third direction Z, reducing the length setting requirement of the first slide rail 23.
In some embodiments, the seat assembly 2 further includes a securing portion 24 fixedly coupled to the vehicle 100. The first sliding rail 23 is further disposed on the fixing portion 24, and the second end 222 is slidably connected to the first sliding rail 23. By providing the first slide rail 23 in the fixing portion 24, the seat assembly 2 can improve the degree of integration. The manufacturer does not need to design the slide rail or the pivot structure of the second end 222 for the vehicle 100 when assembling the vehicle 100, and only needs to directly assemble the seat assembly 2 with the fixing portion 24 to the vehicle 100. Also, as previously described, the simultaneous movement of the first and second ends 221, 222 can increase the speed of the change in position of the seat structure 21 in the third direction Z, reducing the length setting requirements of the first track 23.
Indeed, in other embodiments, the link structure 22 may also be such that the first end 221 is pivotally connected to the seat portion 211 and the position in the first direction X is unchanged. Meanwhile, the second end 222 is slidably connected to the first sliding rail 23 of the fixing portion 24 or to the sliding rail of the base plate 12. The application is not limited in this regard.
To further enhance the adjustability of the seat assembly 2, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the seat cushion portion 211 includes a cushion body 2111 and a web 2112 that are stacked. First end 221 is pivotally connected to a side of web 2112 remote from pad body 2111. The seat assembly 2 further includes a second track 25 extending in the second direction Y. The second slide rail 25 is provided on a side of the connection plate 2112 facing the pad body 2111, and the pad body 2111 is slidably connected to the second slide rail 25. By so doing, the position of the seat structure 21 in the second direction Y is adjustable. In embodiments where the seat assembly 2 is assembled to the luggage compartment 11, the seat structure 21 can protrude from the luggage compartment 11 in the second direction Y, thereby expanding the field of view of the occupant of the seat assembly 2.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the fixing surface 211a is provided on the side of the connection plate 2112 away from the pad body 2111, and the first end 221 is pivoted to the side of the cushion portion 211 toward the fixing surface 211 a. In addition, the first end 221 may be directly pivoted to the fixed surface 211a, or may be indirectly pivoted to the fixed surface 211a through the first sliding rail 23, which is not limited in the present application.
To enable the seat structure 21 to extend out of the luggage compartment 11 as far as possible while maintaining the seating stability of the occupant, in some embodiments, the cushion portion 211 is movable in the second direction Y a distance greater than or equal to 190mm and less than or equal to 210mm beyond the luggage compartment 11.
In an alternative embodiment, the seat structure 21 includes a backrest portion 212. The backrest portion 212 is pivotally connected to the seat portion 211. The backrest portion includes a rest surface 212a. The cushion portion 211 includes a seating surface 211b opposite to the fixing surface 211 a. When an occupant sits on the seat assembly 2, it can sit on the seating surface 211b and the back rests against the rest surface 212a.
The seat structure 21 of this embodiment includes, among other things, an open state and a folded state:
when the seat structure 21 is in the open state, the reclining surface 212a and the seating surface 211b extend in different directions, i.e., the state shown in fig. 6. At this time, the angle α between the seat portion 211 and the backrest portion 212 may be, for example, 100 °, 105 °, 110 °, 115 °, 120 °, or any angle therebetween. This angular range can effectively ensure the comfort of the occupant when resting on the backrest portion 212.
When the seat structure 21 is in the folded state, the resting surface 212a and the seating surface 211b are parallel and opposite, i.e., the state shown in fig. 5. The resting surface 212a and the seating surface 211b are parallel, enabling a reduction in thickness in the third direction Z of the seat structure 21 in the folded state, facilitating miniaturization and stowing of the seat assembly 2.
The provision of the backrest portion 212 enables an occupant to lean against the lean surface 212a while riding on the seat assembly 2, further improving the riding comfort of the seat assembly 2. At the same time, the backrest portion 212 and the seat cushion portion 211 are pivotally connected, improving the integrity of the seat assembly 2. When the seat assembly 2 is in the storage state, the backrest portion 212 and the cushion portion 211 can be stored in the storage groove 121 at the same time, for example. The occupant does not need to find a storage location for the backrest portion 212.
Referring to fig. 3-6, in some embodiments, the linkage 22 includes a linkage portion 223. The first end 221 and the second end 222 are provided at both ends of the link portion 223, respectively. The number of the link portions 223 includes two, the first link 223a and the second link 223b, respectively. The first link 223a and the second link 223b are pivotally connected at a pivot point 223 c. The pivot point 223c is located at the non-end portions of the first link 223a and the second link 223b. In other words, in this embodiment, the link portion 223 is provided in an "X" -shaped intersecting structure. By providing the first link 223a and the second link 223b, the connection structure supports both ends of the seat structure 21 in the first direction X, and the stability of the seat structure 21 can be effectively improved.
It should be noted that in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the pivot point 223c is located at the midpoint of the first link 223a and the second link 223b, thereby reducing the size of the link structure 22 in the first direction X. In other embodiments, the pivot point 223c may be disposed proximate the first end 221 or proximate the second end 222. The application is not limited in this regard.
The number of link portions 223 may be only one and provided at a midpoint position of the seat structure 21 in the second direction Y, thereby improving stability of the seat assembly 2. Or as shown in fig. 6, the linkage 22 includes a plurality. The plurality of link structures 22 are disposed at intervals along the second direction Y. The plurality of link structures 22 are arranged in such a manner that the stability of the support of the seat structure 21 by the link structures 22 can be improved, and the seat structure 21 is prevented from rotating about an axis parallel to the first direction X. Meanwhile, the plurality of link structures 22 simultaneously support the seat structure 21, so that the material strength and the structural strength requirements of the link structures 22 are reduced, and the volume and the material cost of the link structures 22 are effectively reduced.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the fixing portion 24 is provided as a square frame extending in the first direction X and the second direction Y, so that both of the two link structures 22 distributed in the second direction Y can slide in cooperation with the first slide rail 23 provided to the fixing portion 24. Meanwhile, the fixing portions 24 distributed along the second direction Y can improve structural stability of the second end 222 of the link structure 22.
Indeed, in other embodiments, the linkage 22 may be provided with a plurality of links. The plurality of connecting rods are arranged at intervals in the second direction Y. And the plurality of links intersect in an "X" on a plane perpendicular to the second direction Y. This embodiment also enables positional adjustment of the seat structure 21 in the third direction Z. The application is not limited in this regard.
In the various embodiments described above, movement of the linkage 22 may be adjusted by a human hand, followed by positional locking of the linkage 22 by an additional catch arrangement. Or the first sliding rail 23 may be provided with a plurality of clamping positions distributed at intervals along the first direction X, and the first end 221 or the second end 222 matched with the clamping positions is correspondingly provided with a buckle. Through the cooperation of screens and buckle, the seat subassembly 2 can realize the high regulation of many gears.
In an alternative embodiment the movement of the linkage 22 may be accomplished automatically by mechanical means. In this embodiment, the seat assembly 2 further includes a drive structure 26. The driving structure 26 is connected with the link structure 22 to drive the link structure 22 to pivot with the cushion portion 211. For example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the drive structure 26 may be a telescopic hydraulic ram. The driving structure 26 achieves a reduction in the distance between the first end 221 and the second end 222 by pushing the link structure 22 away from the fixed portion 24, and an increase in the distance between the second end 222 and the first end 221 by pulling the link structure 22 closer to the fixed portion 24. It should be noted that, in the embodiment in which the fixing portion 24 is not provided, the driving structure 26 may be provided to the vehicle 100 or may be provided to the fixing surface 211a. The application is not limited in this regard.
In embodiments where the position of the second end 222 in the first direction X is fixed, for example, the drive structure 26 may also be a motor disposed at the second end 222. The drive structure 26 effects positional adjustment of the seat assembly 2 by driving the pivot of the linkage structure 22 at the second end 222.
