Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a combined rubber tube joint which is mainly used for connecting a rubber tube with another device.
Background
In the current use of rubber hoses, it is often necessary to provide a fitting at one end thereof, through which the hose is connected to another device, to effect the transfer of fluid in the pipeline.
The hose connector generally comprises a tube core fixedly connected with the hose and a butt nut, wherein the butt nut is screwed with the other equipment to enable the tube core to be connected with the other equipment, so that fluid flows between the tube core and the other equipment.
Typically, the die is provided with a stepped portion, the nut is provided with a clamping portion, the diameter of the clamping portion is smaller than that of the stepped portion, the clamping portion is clamped on the stepped portion, and the die is axially abutted with another device.
When the clamping part of the nut is in a fixed shape, the other end of the tube core needs to penetrate through the clamping part, the diameter of the other end of the tube core is smaller than that of the clamping part, and the flow of the tube core is smaller and is not suitable for high-flow application occasions.
When the clamping part of the nut is of a structure capable of being pressed and deformed, the diameter of the other end of the tube core can be larger and penetrates through the clamping part before deformation, and after the tube core is assembled on the clamping part, the clamping part is extruded and clamped on the tube core. However, the deformable holding part has a low load-carrying capacity and is suitable only for low-pressure fluids.
It is therefore desirable to design a new hose connector to accommodate high flow and high pressure applications.
