A cooking appliance 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present utility model will be described below with reference to fig. 1. It is understood that the cooking appliance 100 according to the present utility model may be an electric rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker, or other cooking appliances 100, and the cooking appliance 100 according to the present utility model may have various functions of cooking porridge, soup, etc., in addition to the function of cooking rice.

The cooking appliance 100 includes a pot body 30 and a cover body 10. The pot body 30 is substantially in the shape of a rounded rectangular parallelepiped and has an inner pot receiving part in the shape of a cylinder, and the inner pot can be freely placed in or taken out from the inner pot receiving part to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot. The inner pot is typically made of a metallic material and has a circular opening in its upper surface for holding the material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. The interior of the pot body 30 may be provided with a heating means for heating the inner pot, a heat-insulating means, etc.

The cover 10 may have a shape substantially corresponding to the shape of the pot 30. The cover 10 is pivotally connected to the pot body 30 in an openable and closable manner for covering the pot body 30. When the cover body 10 is covered on the pot body 30, it covers the inner pot and forms a cooking space with the inner pot. Also, the cover 10 is typically provided with a sealing ring, which may be made of, for example, a rubber material, and is provided between the cover 10 and the inner pot for sealing the cooking space when the cover 10 is in a closed state.

Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the pot body 30 includes a housing 31 and a middle plate 32. The top of the housing 31 is provided with a platform portion 41 and a clamping portion, which is connected to the platform portion 41 and is located inside the platform portion 41. The middle plate 32 is disposed inside the housing 31, and an engaging portion 52 is disposed on the outer periphery of the middle plate 32, and the engaging portion 52 engages with the engaging portion. The cover 10 is provided on the pot body 30 so as to be openable and closable, and when the cover 10 is closed on the pot body 30, the bottom peripheral edge of the cover 10 contacts the platform 41 at the top of the housing 31.

According to the cooking appliance 100 of the present utility model, the middle plate 32 is provided inside the housing 31 by the engaging portion provided inside the platform portion 41 and the engaging portion 52 engaged with the engaging portion. When the cover body 10 is covered, the bottom periphery of the cover body 10 is contacted with the platform part 41 at the top of the shell 31, so that the middle plate 32 and the shell 31 have no exposed assembling gap, the appearance is an integrated shell structure, the appearance is attractive, the external cleaning is convenient, and the structure is simple and the assembly is convenient.

Referring to fig. 3, the middle plate 32 includes a middle plate body 51, and the fitting portion 52 includes a connection portion 53 extending outwardly from the middle plate body 51 and a bead 54 extending downwardly from an outer end of the connection portion 53. The mating portion 52 includes a bead 54, the bead 54 extending into the groove. The middle plate 32 is constructed as a plastic middle plate, and an arc transition is arranged between the convex rib 54 and the connecting part 53. The arc transition can be an R angle, so that the structural strength is improved, and the shrinkage of the appearance surface is improved or prevented. The middle plate 32 according to the scheme has a simple structure, is convenient to process and is not easy to damage.

The housing 31 is constructed as a metal housing, the wall thickness of the housing 31 being 0.2-4mm. The housing 31 includes a side wall extending in the circumferential direction, and the bottom of the housing 31 is provided with a rolled-up structure 33 or a hemmed structure, and the size of the housing 31 in the circumferential direction is larger than the size of the middle plate 32 in the circumferential direction. The outer boundary of the mating portion 52 of the middle plate 32 is 1-20mm from the outer boundary of the outer shell 31 after assembly. When the cover 10 is closed onto the pot 30, the bottom periphery of the cover 10 contacts with the platform 41 at the top of the housing 31 and a portion of the connection portion 53 of the middle plate 32. The metal shell has high strength, good integrity and more attractive appearance, the middle plate 32 is arranged on the inner side of the shell 31, the assembly gap between the shell 31 and the middle plate 32 can not be exposed, and when the cover body 10 is closed, the parts of the middle plate 32 can not be seen from the appearance.

Wherein the pot body 30 further comprises a base 20. The periphery of the base 20 is provided with a catch 21. The metal casing is disposed on the base 20, and the rolled round structure 33 or the folded edge structure forms a clamping fit with the buckle 21. The snap fit allows for easy and secure connection of the housing 31 to the base 20.

As shown in fig. 2, which is an enlarged view of the connection position a of the housing 31 and the middle plate 32, the engagement portion is configured as a groove portion 42 having a groove. The recess 42 includes a first wall 44, a second wall 45, and a bottom wall 46. A first wall 44 is connected to the platform 41 and extends downwardly from the inner edge of the platform 41, a second wall 45 is spaced from the first wall 44, a bottom wall 46 is connected between the bottom end of the first wall 44 and the bottom end of the second wall 45, and the first wall 44, the second wall 45 and the bottom wall 46 enclose a recess. The groove portion 42 is simple in structure and convenient to process.

A seal 48 is disposed within the groove. The sealing member 48 is made of silicone adhesive, silicone rubber, or the like. The sealing device is used for sealing the gaps between the ribs 54 and the grooves and preventing water from entering the cooker body 30 from the gaps between the ribs 54 and the grooves, and can also bond and fix the ribs 54 and the grooves 42 together, so that the connection between the middle plate 32 and the shell 31 is firmer.

Preferably, the distance from the groove portion 42 to the appearance boundary is generally set to 1-10mm. The depth of the groove is 1.5-6mm, and the width is 1.5-6mm. The ribs 54 have a height dimension of 1-5mm and a thickness of 0.5-4mm. The grooves and ribs 54 are appropriately sized to facilitate mating and provide a more secure and reliable connection.

Referring to fig. 4, there is shown still another embodiment of the connection position of the housing 31 and the middle plate 32 of the cooking appliance 100 according to the present utility model. In this embodiment, has a structure different from the groove portion 42 shown in fig. 1 to 3. Except that in this embodiment no seal 48 is provided in the groove and the second wall 47 is higher than the platform 41. Thus, water is prevented from entering the interior of the pot body 30 through the gap between the ribs 54 and the grooves.

In other embodiments, not shown, the mating portion of the midplane may be configured as a grooved portion with grooves. The clamping portion of the housing may be configured as a bead. The convex ribs extend into the grooves, and are clamped with the clamping parts through the matching parts, so that the middle plate and the shell are connected together.

The processes, steps described in all the preferred embodiments described above are examples only. Unless adverse effects occur, various processing operations may be performed in an order different from that of the above-described flow. The step sequence of the above-mentioned flow can also be added, combined or deleted according to the actual requirement.

2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the snap-fit portion is configured as a groove portion having a groove, and the mating portion includes a bead that extends into the groove.

The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the recess portion includes a first wall (44), a second wall and a bottom wall (46), the first wall (44) being connected to the platform portion (41) and extending downward from an inner side edge of the platform portion (41), the second wall being spaced apart from the first wall (44), the bottom wall (46) being connected between a bottom end of the first wall (44) and a bottom end of the second wall, the first wall (44), the second wall and the bottom wall (46) enclosing the recess.

4. The cooking appliance of claim 3, wherein the cooking appliance further comprises a handle,

5. Cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the middle plate (32) comprises a middle plate body (51), the mating part comprising a connecting part (53) extending outwards from the middle plate body (51) and the bead extending downwards from an outer end of the connecting part (53).

The outer boundary of the mating part is 1-20mm away from the outer boundary of the housing (31); and/or

The wall thickness of the shell (31) is 0.2-4mm.

9. Cooking appliance according to claim 5, characterized in that the middle plate (32) is constructed as a plastic middle plate, an arcuate transition being provided between the bead and the connection (53).

Cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1-7, characterized in that the housing (31) is configured as a metal housing, the bottom of which is provided with a rounded structure (33) or a hemmed structure, the pot (30) further comprising a base (20), the periphery of the base (20) being provided with a clasp (21), the metal housing being arranged on the base (20) and the rounded structure (33) or the hemmed structure forming a snap fit with the clasp (21).
