The transfer device of the production line comprises a lateral conveyor 1 and two transfer devices 2, the lateral conveyor 1 being arranged between the two production lines, the lateral conveyor 1 comprising a lateral conveyor belt 11 for transporting products from one production line to the other. The two transfer devices 2 are respectively arranged on one side of two ends of the transverse conveyor belt 11, either the same side of the two ends of the transverse conveyor belt 11 (as shown in fig. 1) or different sides of the two ends of the transverse conveyor belt 11 (as shown in fig. 2), and can be flexibly selected according to the transmission direction of the production line by a person skilled in the art. The transfer device 2 comprises a transfer tray 21, the lower surface of the transfer tray 21 being in abutment with at least one of the upper surface of the transverse conveyor belt 11 and the upper surface of the corresponding production line, the transfer tray 21 being rotatable with the production line and/or the transverse conveyor belt 11 under the effect of friction, so as to transfer the product.
I.e. under the influence of friction, the direction of rotation of the two transfer trays 21 is directed from the front line 100 towards the lateral conveyor 11 and from the lateral conveyor 11 towards the rear line 200, so that the products are transferred from the front line 100 onto the lateral conveyor 11 and from the lateral conveyor 11 onto the rear line 200.
It is easy to understand that when the conveying speeds of the front line 100, the rear line 200 and the lateral conveyor 11 are the same, the lower surface of the transfer tray 21 can be simultaneously abutted against the upper surface of the lateral conveyor 11 and the upper surface of the corresponding line, so as to obtain better driving stability.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the lateral transfer device 1 further includes a frame 12, a driving wheel 13, a driven wheel 14, and a power mechanism 15. The driving wheel 13 and the driven wheel 14 are respectively connected with the frame 12 in a rotating way, the transverse conveyor belt 11 is sleeved on the driving wheel 13 and the driven wheel 14 and is tensioned, the power mechanism 15 is connected with the driving wheel 13 in a transmission way, and the power mechanism 15 can drive the transverse conveyor belt 11 to rotate through the driving wheel 13. The power mechanism 15 may be a motor of a suitable type.
Referring to fig. 4, the transfer tray 21 has thinner edges and thicker middle to form a slope to facilitate the sliding of the product into or out of the transfer tray 21.
The transfer device 2 further comprises a support rod 22, the upper end of the support rod 22 is rotatably connected with the transfer disc 21, namely, the transfer disc 21 can rotate freely relative to the support rod 22 and can rotate under the action of friction force of the transverse conveyor belt 11 and/or the production line.

The lower end of the support bar 22 is detachably connected with the mounting seat 121. For example, the mounting seat 121 is formed with a threaded hole, and the lower end of the supporting rod 22 is correspondingly formed with external threads, so that the two are engaged with each other.
In a preferred embodiment, the transfer device 2 further comprises a baffle 23, the support rod 22 extending through the transfer disc 21, the baffle 23 being located above the transfer disc 21 and being fixedly rotatably connected to the support rod 22. The baffle 23 serves as a restricting guide for the product to move along a predetermined path.
Referring again to fig. 3, in some embodiments, when the product is a non-ferrous article, it is not attracted to a magnet.
