After the vehicle-mounted charger converts the high-voltage current into the high-voltage current, the high-voltage current is input into the distribution box through the second charger connector 3. At this time, the high-voltage current in the distribution box is output through the high-voltage power supply connector 6 and supplies power for the high-voltage power consumption part, and is output through the high-voltage charge and discharge connector 7 to charge the battery.
Accordingly, the high-voltage current in the battery can be input to the distribution box from the high-voltage charging and discharging connector 7, and output from the high-voltage power supply connector 6, so as to supply power for the high-voltage power utilization part. At the same time, high-voltage current can be input to the vehicle-mounted charger through the second charger connector 3. After the vehicle-mounted charger converts high-voltage current into low-voltage current, the low-voltage current is input into the distribution box through the first charger connector 2. At this time, the low-voltage current in the distribution box is output through the low-voltage power supply connector 4 and the low-voltage charging connector 5, and power is supplied to the low-voltage power consumption component.
When a low-voltage current is input from the low-voltage charging connector 5 to the distribution box, each connector preferentially uses the electric energy input from the low-voltage charging connector 5. If the electric power input from the low-voltage charging connector 5 is insufficient to support the electric power required for each electric device, the battery is discharged at this time, and the electric power in the battery is input from the high-voltage charging and discharging connector 7 to the distribution box.
The high-voltage power supply connector 6 includes at least a motor power supply connector 61 and an air-conditioning power supply connector 62. The motor power supply connector 61 and the air-conditioner power supply connector 62 are electrically conducted with the second charger connector 3 and the high-voltage charge-discharge connector 7 so that high-voltage current flows to the motor power supply connector 61 and the air-conditioner power supply connector 62. The air conditioner power connector 62 may be connected to an air conditioner heater and an air conditioner compressor.
The circuit breakers 8 are provided with at least one, and each circuit breaker 8 is electrically connected with the circuit processor 9. Each of the circuit breakers 8 is connected in series with one of the first charger connector 2, the low-voltage power supply connector 4, the motor power supply connector 61 and the air-conditioner power supply connector 62 in the high-voltage power supply connector 6, and the high-voltage charge-discharge connector 7. The distribution box includes a plurality of circuit sensors (not shown) for detecting a state of the circuit. The circuit sensors are respectively arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the first charger connector 2, the low-voltage power supply connector 4, the low-voltage charging connector 5, the high-voltage power supply connector 6 and the high-voltage charging and discharging connector 7, and the circuit sensors are preferably arranged in the connectors.
Each circuit sensor is electrically connected with the circuit processor 9, so that the circuit processor 9 timely controls the on-off of the circuit on-off device 8 according to the feedback signals of the circuit sensors. Specifically, the circuit sensor can monitor the problems of leakage, overcurrent, short-circuit, over-temperature faults and the like at the first charger connector 2, the low-voltage power supply connector 4 and the low-voltage charging connector 5, so that the circuit processor 9 can more accurately disconnect the circuit on-off device 8 at the connector through the low-voltage connector 10, and further the circuit safety is ensured and the circuit conduction at other connectors is not influenced.
Meanwhile, the circuit sensor can also monitor abnormal conditions of current or voltage at the positions of the motor power supply connector 61, the air conditioner power supply connector 62 and the high-voltage charge-discharge connector 7 so as to ensure the electricity safety of the high-voltage current part.
The circuit breaker 8 includes a plurality of relays 81 and a plurality of fuses 82. The relay 81 is electrically connected with the low-voltage power supply connector 4 and the low-voltage charging connector 5 in one-to-one correspondence respectively, and the circuit processor 9 can repeatedly control the on-off of the circuits at the low-voltage power supply connector 4 and the low-voltage charging connector 5 through the relay 81, so that the circuit safety is improved, and the use cost is reduced.
The fuses 82 are electrically connected to the first charger connector 2, the high-voltage power supply connector 6, and the high-voltage charge/discharge connector 7 in one-to-one correspondence. If the circuit at each connector is abnormal, the circuit processor 9 can control the fuse 82 to be opened so as to protect the circuit. The fuse 82 may be replaced with a relay 81 in order to allow the circuit processor 9 to repeatedly control the on-off of the circuits at the first charger connector 2, the high voltage power supply connector 6 and the high voltage charge and discharge connector 7.
The distribution box comprises an insulating plate 11 and a current conducting plate 12.
