Both lead terminals can be connected to the power supply board to achieve electrical connection of the side coil 22a.
The pot 3 may also include a fire-resistant member 40, which may be made of a plastic material with a flame retardant agent added thereto, such as any suitable material, for example, PET (polyethylene terephthalate) with 30% gf (glass fiber) added thereto, and PA66 (polyhexamethylene adipamide). As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, the fireproof member 40 can be disposed between the side coil assembly 20 and the mounting post 7a, specifically, between the side coil 22a and the mounting post 7a, and the fireproof member 40 is disposed at a position corresponding to the side coil 22a.
In this embodiment, a fireproof protection is formed between the side coil 22a and the mounting post 7a, when the surface of the side coil 22a is damaged, even if a fire is ignited, the fireproof member 40 will cut off the fire source and cannot directly contact with the plastic material on the surface of the appearance of the pot body 3, thereby avoiding the risk of the side coil 22a being damaged and ignited, and further improving the use safety of the product and the experience of the user.

Further, the mounting posts 7a are generally distributed in a direction parallel to the circumferential direction of the inner pan 4, whereby adjacent at least two mounting posts 7a can be considered as a group, each fireproof member 40 extending past at least one group of mounting posts 7a in a direction parallel to the circumferential direction of the inner pan, whereby the overall number of fireproof members 40 can be reduced; of course, all mounting posts 7a may also be considered as a group, in which case the fire-protecting member 40 may be constructed in an open or closed ring-shaped structure extending through all mounting posts 7a in a direction parallel to the circumferential direction of the inner pan 4. The area of the fireproof member 40 blocked by the side coil 22a is larger, and the fireproof effect on each mounting post 7a is better.
In addition, in order to improve the connection strength of the middle plate 7 and the base 5, reinforcing walls 7b may be provided at intervals on the middle plate 7, the reinforcing walls 7b being connected to the corresponding mounting posts 7a. In one embodiment, the heat retainer may be a separate member. The embodiment can facilitate the production, manufacture and assembly of the heat insulation ring.
In another embodiment, the insulation ring comprises an upper insulation ring 21 and a lower insulation ring 22. The lower heat-insulating ring 22 is positioned below the upper heat-insulating ring 21 and is connected with the upper heat-insulating ring. The lower insulation 22 is wholly or partially constructed as a transparent or translucent member. That is, the lower insulating collar 22 may be entirely transparent or translucent, or may be partially transparent or partially translucent. Wherein in embodiments where lower bead 22 is partially transparent or translucent, a portion of lower bead 22 is made of a transparent material. The side coil 22a can be provided to the lower insulation ring 22.
In this embodiment, the heat retaining ring is constructed in two parts independent from top to bottom, wherein the lower heat retaining ring 22 as one part is constructed in transparent or translucent, the lower heat retaining ring 22 is capable of reflecting heat radiated outwardly from the inner pan 4 toward the inner pan 4, and may also have a visual effect that a user can easily observe the side coil 22a from the lower heat retaining ring 22 when the inner pan 4 is taken out.
The side coils 22a may be wound in at least one of a single layer winding, a double layer winding, and a multi-layer winding to form a single layer coil, a double layer coil, a multi-layer coil, or a combination of these layer coils. The side coil 22a may include an enamel wire and an outer covering that wraps the enamel wire. The overwrap may be an outer adhesive shell, an outer adhesive tape, or the like. The overwrap is an insulating member and is configured as a transparent or translucent member. Further, the material of the outer wrapping piece is an insulating material and can be a proper material such as transparent plastic or semitransparent plastic. The outer wrapping member is transparent, so that the outer wrapping member also has the effect of reflecting heat, and can reflect the heat radiated outwards from the inner pot 4 towards the inner pot 4, thereby further improving the heat preservation effect on the inner pot 4.
Enamelled wires may be members that exhibit metallic luster. For example, the enamel wire may exhibit any suitable metallic luster such as gold, etc. When taking out the inner pot 4, the user can observe from heat preservation circle department easily that the enameled wire presents metallic luster, and the visual impression of product is better, is favorable to promoting user's experience and feels.
The lower end of the upper heat-insulating ring 21 may be provided with an annular limiting groove 23. The opening of the limit groove 23 faces downwards. The upper end of the lower heat preservation ring 22 can be positioned in the limit groove 23. During assembly, the upper end of the lower insulating ring 22 can be inserted into the limit groove 23. By means of the limiting groove 23, the upper heat-insulating ring 21 and the lower heat-insulating ring 22 can be inserted and fixed with each other, relative movement between the upper heat-insulating ring 21 and the lower heat-insulating ring 22 is limited in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, and the upper heat-insulating ring 21 and the lower heat-insulating ring 22 can form a whole, so that the upper heat-insulating ring and the lower heat-insulating ring are conveniently installed in the cooker body 3 in an integral mode, and the assembly efficiency is high. The lower end of the lower heat retaining ring 22 abuts against the top end of the coil disk 11.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the fireproof member 40 is constructed as a one-piece member with the upper insulation ring 21. That is, the fireproof member 40 and the upper insulation ring 21 may be integrally formed. For example, the fireproof member 40 and the upper heat retaining ring 21 are both made of fireproof material, and both may be integrally injection molded by a mold.
Wherein the fireproof member 40 is provided at the lower portion of the upper insulation ring 21 and extends downward. For example, the fireproof member 40 extends outwardly and downwardly from the bottom end of the outer wall of the limit groove to shield the side coil 22a. Preferably, the fire protection member 40 extends above the extension of the bottom of the lower insulation 22. Further, the bottom end of the fireproof member 40 may abut the extension.
In an embodiment not shown, the fire protection member 40 is a separate member. The fireproof member 40 may be mounted to at least one of the heat insulating ring, the mounting posts 7a, the bottom coil assembly 10, and the base 5. Specifically, the fireproof member 40 may be mounted to at least one of the lower insulation ring 22, the mounting post 7a, the coil disk 11, and the base 5. The fire protection member 40 may be secured by plastic heat staking, snap-fit, turnbuckle connection, fastener securement such as screws, crimping of two or more parts, or any other suitable means.
The fireproof member 40 can be mounted to the heat insulating ring, specifically the lower heat insulating ring 22, and the lower heat insulating ring 22 may be provided with a fixing portion protruding from a side surface thereof, and the fireproof member 40 is provided with a fixing hole fitted with the fixing portion, for example.
Alternatively, the lower insulation ring 22 may be provided with an extension protruding from a side surface thereof, and the side coil 22a is located above the extension. The fixing portion protrudes outward from the extension portion. The fixing portion is disposed through the fixing hole, so that the fireproof member 40 abuts against the extending portion.
Preferably, the portion of the fixing portion penetrating the fixing hole is fixed with the fireproof member 40 by heat fusion, specifically, the portion of the fixing portion penetrating the fixing hole is deformed by plastic heat fusion to form a back-off. Thereby, the fireproof member 40 is fixed to the lower insulation ring 22 by plastic heat fusion. The fixing portion may be cylindrical, for example, cylindrical, square cylindrical, or the like; the fixing portion may also be a rib shape that may extend in one direction, such as the length direction or the width direction, of the lower heat insulating ring 22. The shape of the fixing hole is matched with that of the fixing part, such as a round hole, a square hole, a strip hole and the like.
The heat-fusible fixing structure for fixing the fireproof member 40 is not limited, and if necessary and/or desired, for example, fixing holes may not be provided, the fixing portion corresponds to the peripheral edge of the fireproof member 40, and the fixing portion forms an undercut covering the peripheral edge of the fireproof member 40 by heat-fusing.

Claims (14)
1. A pot for a cooking appliance, characterized in that the pot (3) comprises:
an inner pot (4);
the base (5) is positioned below the inner pot (4);
the middle plate (7), the middle plate (7) is positioned above the base, the middle plate (7) is provided with a mounting column (7 a) extending downwards, and the mounting column (7 a) is connected with the base (5);
a side coil assembly (20), the side coil assembly (20) being arranged at the side of the inner pan (4) and comprising a side coil (22 a), the side coil (22 a) being used for heating the side of the inner pan (4), and
-a fire protection member (40), the fire protection member (40) being arranged between the side coil (22 a) and the mounting post (7 a), and the fire protection member (40) being arranged in a position corresponding to the side coil (22 a).
2. The pot according to claim 1, wherein the side coil assembly (20) further comprises a heat retaining ring, the side coil (22 a) being disposed on a side of the heat retaining ring facing away from the inner pot (4), the fire protection member (40) being formed as an integral member with the heat retaining ring, or both being separate members.
3. The pot according to claim 2, characterized in that said heat-insulating ring comprises an upper heat-insulating ring (21) and a lower heat-insulating ring (22), said lower heat-insulating ring (22) being located below said upper heat-insulating ring (21) and connected thereto, said lateral coil (22 a) being provided on said lower heat-insulating ring (22).
4. A cooker body according to claim 3, characterized in that the fireproof member (40) is formed as a one-piece member with the upper heat-retaining ring (21), the fireproof member (40) extending downward from the lower portion of the upper heat-retaining ring (21).
5. The pot body according to claim 4, wherein the bottom end of the upper heat-insulating ring (21) is provided with a limiting groove (23) with a downward opening, the upper end of the lower heat-insulating ring (22) extends into the limiting groove (23), and the fireproof member (40) is connected to the bottom end of the outer wall of the limiting groove (23).
6. The pot according to claim 2, wherein the fireproof member (40) is a separate member, the pot (3) further comprising a bottom coil assembly (10), and a power panel assembly (30), the fireproof member (40) being mounted to at least one of the heat retaining collar, the mounting post (7 a), the base (5), the bottom coil assembly (10), and the power panel assembly (30).
7. The pot according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein,
the cooker body (3) comprises a plurality of fireproof members (40), the fireproof members (40) are arranged at intervals along the direction parallel to the circumferential direction of the inner cooker (4), and each fireproof member (40) corresponds to each mounting column (7 a) in the circumferential direction; or alternatively
The cooker body (3) comprises at least two fireproof components (40), wherein the at least two fireproof components (40) are arranged at intervals along the direction parallel to the circumferential direction of the inner cooker (4), and at least one fireproof component (40) extends through at least two mounting posts (7 a) along the direction parallel to the circumferential direction of the inner cooker (4); or alternatively
The fire-protection element (40) is configured as an open or closed ring-shaped structure which extends through all the mounting posts (7 a) in a direction parallel to the circumference of the inner pot (4).
8. The pot according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein fixing columns (5 a) extending upwards and used for being connected with the mounting columns (7 a) are arranged on the base (5) at intervals, and the positions of the fixing columns (5 a) correspond to the positions of the mounting columns (7 a) vertically.
9. The pot according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the middle plate (7) is further provided with a reinforcing wall (7 b) at intervals, the reinforcing wall (7 b) being connected to the corresponding mounting post (7 a) and being located on at least one side of the mounting post (7 a) in a direction parallel to the circumferential direction of the inner pot (4), the fireproof member (40) extending past the reinforcing wall (7 b) in the direction.
10. The pot according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the pot (3) has a first position section (R1) and a second position section (R2) in an up-down direction, the first position section (R1) corresponding to the inner pot (4), the second position section (R2) being a middle section that is trisected of the first position section (R1), the fireproof member (40) and the side coil (22 a) being within the second position section (R2).
11. The pot according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein,
the fireproof member (40) has a first dimension L1 in the up-down direction, and the side coil (22 a) has a second dimension L2 in the up-down direction, wherein L1 is greater than or equal to L2; and/or
The thickness of the fireproof component (40) is 0.6 mm-3 mm; and/or
The fireproof component (40) is a sheet-shaped component and is arc-shaped or circular-ring-shaped; and/or
The middle plate is made of plastic materials.
12. The pot of claim 2, wherein the heat retaining collar is constructed in whole or in part as a transparent or translucent member.
13. The pot of claim 12, wherein the pot comprises a plurality of cooking chambers,
the heat preservation ring is a single component; or alternatively
The heat preservation ring comprises an upper heat preservation ring (21) and a lower heat preservation ring (22), wherein the lower heat preservation ring (22) is arranged below the upper heat preservation ring (21) and connected with the upper heat preservation ring, the lower heat preservation ring (22) is wholly or partially constructed into a transparent or semitransparent member, and the side coil (22 a) is arranged on the lower heat preservation ring (22).
14. Cooking appliance, characterized by comprising a cover (2) and a pot (3) according to any one of claims 1 to 13, the cover (2) being arranged openably and closably to the pot (3) to form a cooking space between the cover (2) and the pot (3).
