In order to facilitate understanding of the cabin cover opening device provided by the embodiment of the application, an application scene of the cabin cover opening device is first described. The cabin cover opening device is used for opening the cabin cover of the vehicle. The existing cabin cover opening device is arranged in the cockpit of the automobile and occupies a certain space of the cockpit. However, with the development of electric vehicles, the possibility that the driver opens the cabin cover is low, and more maintenance personnel open the cabin cover. When a maintenance person opens the cabin cover, the vehicle door needs to be opened and then opened, so that the operation is complicated. Therefore, the embodiment of the application provides a cabin cover opening device which is used for facilitating maintenance personnel to open a cabin cover. The following description is made with reference to specific drawings and examples.
The cabin cover opening device provided in the embodiment of the application relates to a part of the structure of an automobile, and for convenience of description, first, the front cabin interior and the front cabin exterior of the automobile are defined. The front cabin refers to a cavity formed at the head part of the vehicle body and is generally used for bearing devices such as a motor, an engine and the like. The front cabin interior and the front cabin exterior refer to two opposing spaces partitioned by a cabin cover, a fender, a front wheel cover, and the like of the vehicle body. The front cabin refers to a space for bearing devices such as a motor, an engine and the like. The front cabin outer refers to the outer space of the cabin cover, the fender and the front wheel cover, and comprises the outer surfaces of the cabin cover, the fender and the front wheel cover.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows an overall structural schematic diagram of a nacelle cover opening device provided in an embodiment of the present application. The nacelle cover opening device 10 provided in the embodiment of the application mainly comprises an opening switch 12, a guy rope 13 and a nacelle cover plugging assembly 11. Wherein, the opening switch 12 and the inhaul cable 13 are positioned in the front cabin, and the cabin cover plugging assembly 11 is positioned outside the front cabin. In use, the on-switch 12 is connected to a locking member for the canopy by a cable 13. When the opening switch 12 is toggled, the locking component can be unlocked through the stay rope 13, and unlocking of the cabin cover is achieved. The locking component is a conventional cabin cover locking mechanism, and is not described herein. The cabin cover plugging assembly 11 is used for communicating the outside of the front cabin with the inside of the front cabin, so that hands of operators can extend into the front cabin through the cabin cover plugging assembly 11 to toggle the opening switch 12. The details are described below with reference to the specific drawings.
First, the opening switch 12 and the cable 13 will be described. When the on switch 12 and the pull rope 13 are provided, the on switch 12 and the pull rope 13 are positioned in the front compartment, and the on switch 12 is fixed to a component in the front compartment. Such as an automobile, also includes a front end module disposed within the front compartment, the on-switch 12 being disposed within the front end module when the on-switch 12 is secured. Of course, other devices besides the front end module may be disposed in the front cabin, which is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application.
As an alternative example, the opening switch 12 provided in the embodiment of the present application is a toggle switch, which has two working positions, namely an opening working position and a closing working position. When the locking device is shifted to the opening working position, the corresponding locking component is opened. Of course, other types of switches, such as push-type switches, may be used in addition to the toggle switch described above. The opening switch 12 in the embodiment of the application only needs to ensure that the stay rope 13 can be driven to move when the opening switch is operated, so that the locking component can be unlocked. The specific type of switch is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present application. In the embodiment of the present application, a toggle switch is described as an example.
One end of the pull rope 13 is connected to the opening switch 12, and the other end is used for connecting a locking member for locking the cabin cover. The cable 13 may be defined by a tie down so that it extends along a set route when it is placed in the front compartment. When the opening switch 12 is toggled, the stay rope 13 is stretched, so that the locking component for locking the cabin cover is driven to unlock.
As can be seen from the above description, when the pull cable 13 and the opening switch 12 are located in the front cabin, the cabin cover plugging assembly 11 serves as a communication assembly for communicating with the inside of the front cabin and the outside of the front cabin, so as to facilitate the operation of the maintenance personnel from the outside of the front cabin, and the opening switch 12 is opened.
Referring also to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a schematic structural view of the nacelle cover plugging assembly 11. The nacelle cover plugging assembly 11 includes a base 111 and a cover 112. The base 111 is used for providing a channel for communicating the front cabin interior with the front cabin exterior, and the cover 112 is used for blocking the channel so as to block the channel in a non-maintenance state.
The base 111 is secured outside the front compartment when it is set. The base 111 is provided with an operation hole 1112, and the operation hole 1112 is used to communicate with the outside of the front cabin and the inside of the front cabin, and provides a space for operating the opening switch 12. In a specific arrangement, the operation hole 1112 is a through hole, and may be a hole with different shapes, such as a round hole, a square hole, an elliptical hole, etc. However, whatever shape of the hole is used, it is ensured that the maintenance operator can toggle the on switch 12 after passing through the operation hole 1112. In addition, regarding the installation positions of the base 111 and the opening switch 12, the relative positions between the two should be ensured to satisfy: the maintenance person's hand can operate the on switch 12 while passing through the operation hole 1112. As an example, the vertical projection of the on-switch 12 on the plane of the base 111 at least partially overlaps with the vertical projection of the operation hole 1112 on the plane of the base 111. To ensure that the deviation between the two is not large, and the maintenance personnel can operate the start switch 12 conveniently.
As an alternative, the handle aperture 1112 employs a stepped aperture when mated with the cover 112. When the cover 112 is covered on the base 111, the cover 112 may be partially or completely located in the stepped hole, so that a side of the cabin cover blocking assembly 11 exposed outside the front cabin is smoother. Meanwhile, when the structure is adopted, the through holes can be blocked by the sealing cover 112 more stably, and the risk that the sealing cover 112 falls off from the base 111 under the action of external force is reduced.
It should be understood that the base 111 is illustrated in fig. 2 as a circular structure, but the shape of the base 111 is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present application, and may be a different shape such as an oval shape, a square shape, or the like.
The cover 112 is used to block the access aperture 1112 when in use. Therefore, the shape of the cover 112 is adapted to the shape of the operation hole 1112, and will not be described here.
When the cover 112 is connected to the base 111, the cover 112 is detachably and fixedly connected to the base 111. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2, the base 111 and the cover 112 are connected by snap-fit. Specifically, the cover 112 is provided with a plurality of first engaging members 1121, and the corresponding base 111 is provided with a second engaging member 1113 engaged with each first engaging member 1121. In the structure shown in fig. 2, the first engaging member 1121 is a buckle, and the second engaging member 1113 is a slot. However, in the embodiment of the present application, the first engaging member 1121 may be a slot, and the second engaging member 1113 may be a buckle, which has the same effect and is not described herein.
When the first engaging member 1121 is specifically provided, the first engaging member 1121 is provided around the cover 112 to ensure stability and reliability of the cover 112 when being covered on the base 111. The number of the first engaging members 1121 may be two, three, four, or the like, and may be specifically set as needed, which is not specifically limited in the examples of the present application. Correspondingly, the number and positions of the second engaging members 1113 may correspond to those of the first engaging members 1121.
Referring also to fig. 3, fig. 3 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the front wheel cover and nacelle cover closure assembly of fig. 1. To facilitate removal of the cover 112, the cover 112 is provided with an elastic bending structure 1122, and one of the first engaging members 1121 is disposed on the elastic bending structure 1122. The resilient bend structure 1122 acts as an opening structure to facilitate removal of the cover 112 from the base 111. As can be seen from the sectional view shown in fig. 3, the elastic bending structure 1122 has a transverse structure in a shape of a Chinese character 'ji', and a first engaging member 1121 is disposed on a side wall of the elastic bending structure 1122. When the elastic bending structure 1122 is deformed, the first engaging member 1121 can be disengaged from the second engaging member 1113, so as to facilitate the removal of the cover 112 from the base 111. When this structure is adopted, the number of the first engaging pieces 1121 may be two, and the two first engaging pieces 1121 are disposed opposite to each other.
In addition, the base 111 is further provided with a notch 1111 matching the elastic bending structure 1122, and when the cover 112 is closed on the base 111, a bending portion of the elastic bending structure 1122 (an operation end of the elastic bending structure 1122) is located in the notch 1111 and is spaced apart from the base 111 by a gap. Thereby facilitating maintenance personnel to toggle the operation end of the elastic bending structure 1122 to deform the same.
As an alternative, the nacelle cover plugging assembly 11 further comprises a flexible connection connecting the cover 112 and the base 111, wherein the cover 112 is connected to the base 111 by the flexible connection after the cover 112 is opened. The flexible connection member may be an elastic rubber or other connection member with elastic performance, and may be connected by the flexible connection member after the cover 112 is disengaged from the base 111, so as to avoid the cover 112 from falling off.
When the cabin cover plugging assembly 11 is specifically arranged, the arrangement position can be selected according to the requirements. Such as being provided at a different location of the front wheel house 100, fender or chassis of the vehicle body. In fig. 1, a base 111 is illustrated as being provided on the front wheel housing 100. When the base 111 is set at this position, the setting position of the opening switch 12 can be made closer to the locking member, so that a shorter cable 13 can be employed. In addition, the cabin cover sealing assembly 11 can be hidden when disposed within the front wheel house 100 without affecting the overall appearance of the vehicle body.
As an alternative, to reduce the length of the cable 13, the base 111 is fixed to the front wheel house 100 at a side close to the head of the vehicle, so that the opening switch 12 is provided closer to the locking member, thereby reducing the length of the cable 13.
In particular, the base 111 may be fixed in the front wheel housing 100 in various ways. Illustratively, the base 111 is embedded within the front wheel housing 100 and fixedly coupled to the front wheel housing 100. Specifically, a through hole is formed in the front wheel cover 100, and the base 111 is embedded in the through hole and is fixed to the front wheel cover 100 by welding or bonding. Alternatively, the base 111 may be integrally formed with the front wheel housing 100. In this state, a through hole may be formed in the front wheel housing 100 directly as the operation hole 1112.
In addition, when the base 111 is fixed to the front wheel cover 100 and the on switch 12 is fixed to the front module, the axis around which the on switch 12 is turned is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the front wheel of the vehicle. When the maintenance personnel is operated, the locking component can be unlocked by poking the opening switch 12 to the outer side of the front cabin, and when the mode is adopted, the opening switch 12 can be operated by extending fingers from the through holes, so that the maintenance personnel can operate conveniently.
As can be seen from the above description, the cabin cover opening device 10 provided in the embodiment of the present application is configured in the front cabin by adopting the opening switch 12, and the chassis cover opening assembly 11 matched with the opening switch is configured outside the front cabin, so that a maintenance person can open the cabin cover without opening the vehicle door, and the maintenance person can operate conveniently. In addition, each part for opening the cabin cover is moved out of the cabin to release the space in the vehicle, so that other parts can be conveniently arranged.
The embodiment of the application also provides an automobile, which comprises an automobile body and the cabin cover opening device 10 of any one of the above; wherein the opening switch 12 is arranged in the front cabin; the cabin cover blocking assembly 11 is arranged outside the front cabin. In the above technical scheme, the opening switch 12 and the chassis cover opening assembly 11 matched with the opening switch are arranged on the front wheel cover 100, so that a maintainer can open the opening cabin cover without opening the vehicle door, and the operation of the maintainer is facilitated. In addition, each part for opening the cabin cover is moved out of the cabin to release the space in the vehicle, so that other parts can be conveniently arranged.
